WOF While U Shop

Came to get a WOF and the staff here were super quick and made it as easy as possible 10/10

My car was losing water, although not overheating. I booked it in for checkup. On the day i dropped it off and jumped on the train into town. Before the train got to town my phone rang with the results. I needed a new radiator. I agreed to all their recommendations and collected it the following day when time permitted. The team here are awesome. Super friendly, reliable, honest, and fast. Highly reccommend them

This shop supposed to close 5pm. I got there 04: 25 and there was only one guy working (MECHANIC). The others (wof and office) left earlier. They must review their time. I waste my time, my gas, my money coming here.

The location of this service is fantastic, and customer service is pleasant and efficient however its extremely expensive and I no longer go because of the price. I used to get a full service and WOF yearly. If work is required on your car they have service cars to use while work is being done.

Been coming here for nearly 10 years and they never disappoint. Always top a quality service.

Found this place where you can book a WOF and do not have to wait like waiting your turn in a barber shop.

Not going here again, they failed a WOF for tyres with 4mm tread on them, noted down "surface rust" on a WOF for a car sale which had its WOF with no notes only 3 months earlier. They are overly pickey and its not helpful, nor contributes to car safety.

I talked to my brother about my 2 horrible experiences with WOF While U Shop to let them know not to use this place. He had a story of his own. He tried to get his brakes repaired. They ended up breaking something else to do with his wheels, denied all responsibility, and ended up costing him an extra $1000.

Needed a simple tailight bulb replacement.
They didn't put the rubber back properly on the tailight to seal it. The next day my rear view sensors and camera completely stopped working. A week after i took it back for a service, they tried to sell me the idea that my car has electricial faults not related to this. When I got it checked by another place, the same day, he showed me that it's completely waterlogged inside and the control module is electrocuted. It's about 1k to get it all fixed along with the rewiring.
Guys please don't screw up your rides with these clowns

I've been taking my cars here a few years now.great place and it's just a 2 minute walk over to the mall.

I needed a WoF and and ended up with a full service. Not because they were pushy or anything, quite the opposite. I upgraded because it's a good deal. On top of the valid label, it is good to have the peace of mind knowing everything is ok with the car. Upcoming potential issues were called out - well ahead of time, so I can plan for the upcoming expenses.

I went there exactly a year ago I think (May 2021) & they were so friendly, fast & clean. This year I was thinking to go there only for WOF but I've decided to go for Full Service again as I am really satisfied with their service last year & had no problem with my car. Good job.

Took car at appointed time. Were professional and helpful. Passed WOF, and they noted and told me about tyres that would need replacement before next inspection.
While there I overheard a few interactions with other customers and they were pleasant, helpful and (as a mechanic myself) accommodating.
I'll be more than happy to return.

Took my car for a service and warrant. Job was done incredibly fast. Turns out was because they forgot to do several things. Surprisingly they gave me a pass. When asked, they said there was no issues.

Marv and the rest of the team are friendly, honest mechanics who have always delivered quick, professional vehicle services every time I've visited them. Also an easy walk to Lynnmall to kill time.

Place okay for services. Could provide prompt quotes on mechanical issues upon request. Also felt a bit rushed.
