Had the system for over a year or so.recently noticed dirt floating in my water and so have my children. Cleaned the machine and bottle and still have floating particles in my water. Waited for someone to come service for a week and so rang back and was told someone would come replace it.still waiting.

We've had the Wonder water machine for 18 or so months now, and has saved us money from buying bottled water. It has been really useful for feeding baby too, instant warm water for the powder milk!

I have been with Winder water in Auckland and had no problem. Then moved to Wellington and was left with a broken machine and a scheduled technician but he didn't rock up either. Then was told by their staff that we need to wait another week to get it fixed because the technician only works on Wednesday's after already waiting a weeks to get it fixed. Going for week 2 now of not getting to use it.

Gareth from Wonder water came today to setup and install our new water unit, he was very professional, clear instructions on how the machine works. He really took the time to run thru everything.

Was great for a little while then started having issues. The machine would leak out a whole lot of water. Have had the machine service checked and replace multiple times and would only be ok for a week or so then have the same issue of it leaking during the night/ early in the morning.

Got my Wonder water machine installed today. Very excited to use. Thank you Deepak for amazing service. Love my machine.
