I was asked to sit outside with my wife and two kids even there was table available for 4 inside. After waiting for 15 mins I asked one of the team member about taking my order. I was told someone will come to us for taking order. Then after waiting for another 10 mins I asked one of the team member about the same, she didn't even answered me properly and ignored me by tilting head. We just left after we felt humiliated.
Very bad experience with them. Not gonna come back again.

I’m really glad I stopped by! The food I had from the enticing breakfast menu was incredibly delicious, and Bonnie’s service was nothing short of absolutely fabulous. She gave me swift and honorable recommendations, her smile and positive mood were extremely contagious, and her timing was impeccable during my entire stay. Without a doubt, I will be recommending this restaurant to all of my friends and family traveling internationally from Auckland.

Chef Johany crafted exquisite, fresh, and delightfully puffy pancakes. A culinary experience that left me thoroughly satisfied!

Not busy. No idea why waitress constantly avoided eye contact. Was seated.kept trying to make eye contact to order coffee. No words seated. Left thinking its because I'm white male. Literally intentionally looking the other way, no verbal interaction. Thought was imagined but no. Real odd. Gal mid twenties, no face mask. Gal serving at bar gave excellent customer service when delivering a coffee. But yeah get rid of the main front facing gal, you will be losing lots of custom. Working @ 730am tues 4 april. Yes commenting effort because this is disgusting

All the reviews pointed us in the right direction: the staff is absolutely lovely and very attentive, the food is freshly made and really good - burger with very crunchy fries, the Peruvian chicken has a coriander-jalapeño sauce to die for, and the ice tea is absolutely delicious. Thanks to the kitchen, thanks to the staff, thanks to previous reviewers.

Tge food was very good there service is good friendly willing to help with smilling face hhh and respect

Terrible customer service. Average food. My son has an egg anaphylaxis and no items that were suitable from the kids menu. Trainee waitress was friendly and appropriately said that should be ok to bring a McDonalds cheeseburger along with the fries ordered there. Obstinate and useless manager then said had to wait for us to finish to consume this outside. She’s rather let this poor child starve or risk another trip to hospital with anaphylaxis than stick blindly to policy.

Friendly waiter and kitchen staff who prepared a delicious meal. Way above average airport food.

Best spot for a beer and the sunset. Also really good food which we were not expecting in an airport!

Food was decent - I wouldn’t recommend eating here if you’re hungry or are in a hurry, as it took us 40 min to receive our burgers after ordering. Staff was pleasant to interact with, perhaps the kitchen was working slowly.

Good sit down place in airport. Food is good. Service was slow the day we went. Wait staff were friendly and helpful. Mostly a drink spot, but the food choices available on the menu are well prepared and tasty.

Dropped in for lunch and a dessert. Staff were wonderful, the food was delicious, and the view was pleasant. Absolutely will dine here again if I come back to NZ!

Great location and fantastic environment. Loved how friendly the staff are and surprised with the quality of food. I ordered the steak and chips and you think it is just a usual pub quality food but it was so good. Fresh salad, we'll cooked steak with great seasoning and fresh potato chips, the quality is on par with highly rated restaurants. Absolutely recommend Wondertree for your next stop in Auckland airport
