Awesome workshop - Chris is a bloody legend. Did a resonator swap, adjustments and perfectly lined up in 30 mins.

Went to get my exhaust done. Cat deleted. With my jeep being 4.0l the normal exhaust couldn't handle it. I run through two normal exhaust, both failed. Now, he's going to install a racing one. He's the mechanic who knows what he's doing. Easy to communicate. Straight forward and a customer service oriented business. Highly recommend. A+

Worst experience ive had with a car mechanic ever.
Booked my car in to do some work in my exhaust 1 week in advance and everything was nice and easy. So a week later dropped the car off at 9am spoke to the guy we agreed on price, he gave me a rough pick up time and i left. Cameback at 330pm (30min prior to their closing time as it shows on the website) as he had told me around 230pm so i waited an extra hr just to be safe, got there and the car was still sitting outside untouched. Well you can imagine what happened next, excuses excuses and more excuses, busy busy busy. I had my car booked in 1 WEEK in advance 1 WEEK.
So in conclusion, i wasted a whole day off work my partner also wasted her day since she had to drive her car to drop me off and pick me up twice and quite a bit of petrol since we drove from south auckland, no communication from these people whatsoever what about a call? And then when i went looking for the "boss "to talk about what had happened they start giving me attitude? !
DO NOT USE THESE PEOPLE ABSOLUTELY 100% NOT RECOMMENDED

Greay guy, clear communication. He was ready when i arrived, he took a look at the job fist, said it would take 30 min. It took almost exactly that, the job looks good and it was a reasonable price.

Friendly, great advice and very reasonable cost. Will definitely be using Woolf Mufflers again in the future!
