These guys were so amazing - I just had to write a review. Their salespeople were super efficient to deal with but their movers really were the best. Very quick and very lovely guys. They did a two-day move for us and showed up right on time and were done much quicker than expected. Thanks so much - would definitely use again.

On the day before the move, I was advised what time the truck will arrive. And on the moving day, Truck arrived sharp on time. The movers, Ethan and Malcolm was very professional and cordial. Highly recommend this moving service.

We used World Moving and Storage to move a piece of furniture from Auckland to Melbourne and they are fantastic to deal with. Their pricing was competitive and their service levels outstanding. They kept us in constant contact throughout the whole journey and assisted greatly in the preparation of paperwork. Their terrific approach to customer service gave us confidence that the furniture would be looked after.
In addition, their agents at the Melbourne end were excellent and the goods arrived in perfect condition.

At first the company was great, easy to contact fast to collect. But During the process it was so stressful as they kept asking me to fill some forms and give the same informations over and over again, each time saying different things. They could give me some informations on what needed to be done prior to the pick up, so i could organise everything not after all my things are on the move in a ship. ️

On 24 April 2023 they did an international removal from my home and took my personal belongings to a logistics company where all the items were loaded into my 40' container.

I was particularly impressed by the international wrapping that they did on furniture and fragile items. Really outstanding, much better than similar services in the USA when I was moving here.

My first contact with the company was Duane Condon who did the initial estimating. He was very thorough in his assessment of all the items to be moved and used his laptop for this purpose. He had answers for all my questions and he inspired confidence having been in the business a long time.

Pre-move international wrapping was led by Joe and his female associate. Both were excellent and Joe had some smart suggestions regarding the placement of moisture absorbers inside MDF boxes.

On move day the team was lead by Lou, assisted by Rebecca and Ezekiel. I worked closely with Rebecca on the packing of dishes and the color coding and numbering system used to place items in truck. She caught on very quickly and I've got to believe that she's an up and comer at World Moving & Storage.

I highly recommend this company and have already communicated this to family and friends.

From the initial assessment and quote through to the pack and unpack we found the team to be professional, friendly and hard working, taking great care of our possessions. The company communicated very well and explained a number of options regarding the move and kept us well informed throughout the planning and the actual move. We also found the quote to be very competitive and offered excellent value for money.

We moved house on Jan 27th 2023 the day of the devastating weather event in Auckland, Lou, George and the team worked tirelessly and without stopping from 8am until 7pm to get us moved in to our new home in the most atrocious conditions.

I would not recommend this company. They stored our good for 12 months. When returned there was substantial water damage to our furniture. Somehow world moving and storage damaged the container holding our furniture and neglected to fix. Rainwater entered and was not discovered till returned.
They refuse to take responsibility.

I moved from New Zealand to Dubai and used World Moving & Storage to ease my move. What I experienced was a professional team who knew what they were doing, packed everything properly (0 damage when goods were received) and amazing customer empathy. World Moving and Storage were incredible to deal with. We had to change dates, but were so accommodating and understanding. It was such an easy, seamless process. The guys who did the actual moving were polite, professional, efficient and friendly. They were so careful with all our belongings. I cannot recommend this company enough.

World Moving and Storage did an excellent job moving us from Auckland to Tauranga. It could not have been better. They were professional and efficient in all aspects of the move, from providing the quote to removing the used/emptied boxes after we had unpacked at the destination. The guys who did the actual moving arrived on time and were courteous, friendly and took great care with the packing. Everything arrived undamaged. We highly recommend this company.

The worst moving company we have ever used as they are really fast reply/respond to you when you are query things but extremally poor communication when you have lost things from them. They have damaged my stuff while moving/transferring. There is no reply and anything from them while we were trying to solve the issues. Once you have done the payment, they are like disappeared from your vibe, and it is hard to get hold with them again (I was trying to hold the payment while having my issues been solved but they just push you and hold you back with your stuff).

Tama, Daniel & Matthew made my house move fun - quite a feat when it's usually a stressful experience, make sure you have an extension cord for the speaker! Totally recommend and would use again in a heartbeat!

Both Bernadette and myself just want to say a massive thank you to both yourself and the crew who helped move us on the day. Joe and his two crews were simply excellent, especially as the weather was forecast to deteriorate throughout the day (and it did). The unloading was done in difficult rainy conditions but at both ends, Joe and his guys were lovely to deal with, very hard working and very professional. They even managed to complete the pack up faster than initially scheduled which was wonderful and helped give us the best shot to beat the worst of the weather etc.

We would highly recommend your company services to anyone and we would ask if you could please contact Joe and his crews and pass on our thanks and gratitude for what they have done, making a difficult and stressful move as easy as possible – and done with a smile and a laugh as well.
