An amazing piece of craftsmanship undertaken by Wrightway Studio to mend an antique and treasured Royal Doulton vegetable dish. Thank you!

Repaired a beautiful piece of pottery my late father made for me. Expensive, but lovely work.

Wrightway Studios did an amazing job on my grandmother's oil painting, fixing a small hole and cleaning/glazing. Highly recommend this place- they have an amazing artistic team

Deserves zero stars, vile, nasty lady took my beautiful doll my father gave me over 60 years ago and sent the wrong doll back. Never apologised, never ever got my doll back. All prepaid, ended up costing me $800 and so much heartache. The correspondence from the woman was abominable, what a horrible, uncaring person - yuck. Worst company I have ever dealt t with in my entire 68 years.

I went to Wrightway yesterday with a standing lamp to get a quote and to be fixed as the fitting had broken.
After a quick quote by the eyes of the owner he quotes me $190,00 and then request a $100,00 deposit with no deadline as I would have to wait a couple of days as they were busy. I accepted and paid the deposit.
This morning I reconsider my decision to get the lamp fixed and I e-mail them explaining the situation and requesting to collect the lamp and get the deposit back as I assumed "and I was correct", that nothing had been done whatsoever in my lamp. So, the response of the email was THAT IS OK.
When I got there this morning the tone and the view of the person who spoke with me was completely different. I explained the situation once again, apologizing for taking their time and without any reasonable respect to a customer, he didn`t want to listen to me and insistently trying to convince me to get the lamp fixed as he had the part available " the fitting part" that cost 10$ at bunnings.
Also, he was constantly saying in a very rude way if I want to, I can take lamp back home, as like, get out of my way or leave my shop. Once I request the deposit back, he came up with a $50.00 figure as a refund, money that I decided to pay as I was feeling quiet intimidate by his tone and attitude. And after I ask why he was charging me that, no answer or reason was given.
At the end when I request the invoice and quote, that he hadn't given to me yesterday I had a due balance of 124.25, so total price to fix the lamp would have been 224.25$.
My question is where`s the understanding and courtesy of a business operator to deal in a such bad way and unfaithfully trying to extort money from its customer?

I knocked the top off my ceramic lighthouse lamp and it smashed into about 16 pieces. Sent it to Wrightway and last week it came back looking like nothing had happened to it. Amazing! Great job. Thank you!

Got a singing snoopy dog candy jar which was in a few pieces after a fall repaired to be as good as new. They made a good job of it.

My doll had been headless for number of years but am absolutely delighted to say she is now in a perfect state as I remember. Wrightway have been very professional from start to finish & communication has been excellent. The doll arrived today, well packed & looking her best.
Can't thank the staff for all you have done to restore this 60+ year old doll & may she be around for another 60!

I took items in may 2021 for repair and had a highly misleading quote $595 repair all
Paid $500 up front
Was told it will take a month to six weeks
Called after about three months and received a rude response that was so rude I made a complaint
Only to have the same Woman ring me back and have another crack at me like it was my fault
The work done was excellent but I never got a call to advise me it was was done
Finally called mid November apparently they had just finished the job that week only to be landed with an additional Almost $900 bill that I was not expecting and that was not discussed up front
Suggest you confirm exactly how much it will cost prior to leaving anything here
What I thought was a $600 job turned out to be nearly $1400! I would have made some slightly different choices had I known that
My aunt dropped off a doll also to have a rude dismissive response
She was disgusted in the lack of empathy or customer consideration
Was simply told it’s not worth it
It would have been more polite to tell her how much it would be and let her decide if it’s worth it or not
While the repair work was excellent
The quote pricing timing and service was really poor

Got an old doll repaired. She looked like Chucky when I left her, but looked like the sweet baby doll she once was, when I picked her up. Not cheap but very professional.

Look at the amazing job Wrightways did on Diane! Well worth the wait as they are extremely busy.
