悟茶 Wu Cha

On 12/01, around 14: 30 in the afternoon, I bought a large cup of original purple rice yogurt with cash. I drove to the door of my house and drank a piece of dishwashing wire. In such a hot weather, I was really unhappy to drive back and complain, but Seriously, it’s not just a bummer, it’s disgusting. How come there’s wire in the drink?

Interesting range of fruit teas. They change up the interior design every now and then, and I enjoy sitting there with friends. This place puts a lot of solids in their tea, sometimes not enough tea itself.

I ordered a cup of honey black tea from the winter hot drink menu and was told that the ice was cold. I asked her to recommend a hot drink and she told me to look at the hot drink menu? ? ? Is your menu hot or cold? ? ?

When a person in green clothes ordered, his attitude was very bad. The previous clerks would take the initiative to tell them that they could send egg waffles. And when I asked her, she had a very bad attitude and was very impatient. When ordering, I can't speak Mandarin clearly. There were no other customers in front of me, I just ordered two glasses of the same drink. But waited for 20mins! Next time it's better to go next door or opposite.
I don't understand how to spend money to buy milk tea, why should I bear the poor customer service of the staff wearing glasses at the front desk, and the customer has to bear such a temper!

I waited for more than 40 minutes to buy 4 cups of milk tea. The price is relatively expensive, the taste is average, the environment is not bad, and it is quite unique.

Tonight I tried getting some tea for me and my friend at this place, and was met with one of the rudest customer service I’ve ever had here in Auckland. Before even ordering, I was explaining to my friends what drink I previously had from WuCha in botany junction that I recommend, and the lady at the counter would already shout that they don’t have it without even greeting me. I didn’t mind at first but when I try to order another drink, she straight away shout no to my face. I know today might’ve been busy today or she might be going through something but I do think the company should still keep a professional attitude at work. I told the lady that we won’t order anymore, and that she didn’t have to be so rude.

There are 4 other tea place in Meadowland area, I recommend to go to those instead. Quite disappointed as I’m extremely a fan of this place. If you still want Wucha, highly recommend the botany junction one around 15 minutes drive from there, their service is really good.

The service is not great. The lady at the counter really lacked in customer service skills. Ran out of almost of all the toppings. I’d go to the the botany junction one. They are much better

So hard to communicate with the lady at the counter also the servers are not very nice. Drink is average and pricey, but pretty to look at though!

Tried out 2 from their newest line.like the cake topping better over the pudding soy milk, it's silky and not too sweet

Free wifi is available which is great for when you are waiting for your drinks. Unfortunately they only have one size drinks (except for kid drinks) but their flavours and varieties do not disappoint. Love their cake milk tea and surprisingly their avocado slushie with cheese foam was very tasty. If the cheese foam is not mixed well or drunken well with the rest of the drink, you may not like the cheese foam, be disappointed with it, or get sick of it. When ordering a drink with cheese foam, drink your drink from the mouth opening (the part with the red heart cap) instead of poking the lid with your straw and drinking it from there. By doing this, you will get a much better flavour of the drink and cheese foam together!

Drinks are well made and well priced. Never had any issues and always found my orders correct even if I ask for things like less sugar, no ice or extra topping. Good buzzer/paging system in place to notify you when your order is ready, allowing you to browse other places in the area. Premises is clean and tidy with seats for small or large groups by moving the tables around, or there is a bench with stools or standing options. The only critique I can offer is that staff be more friendly and welcoming. Only a handful of times have I seen someone smile. On most visits - it's almost as if they're not interested in being there. Also, the large plastic sheet covering the register area where you order is ridiculous as sometimes the staff or the customer have to repeat themselves multiple times due to the sound being blocked. Even then - the staff give you the drinks in hand so kind of defeats the purpose of having the massive sheet there? Still will recommend this place and continue to visit.

Service is good. But it's too sweet even I ordered no sugar green tea! I opened the lid and found it was not made of real tea but tea powder! And it cost me over 10 dollars! Just had a sip and threw the whole cup of drink away. Thanks for letting me know how much I could save from not buying real tea.

TRY NOT TO COME TO THIS PLACE IF POSSIBLE.
The fruit in the tea was not even fresh and the original milk tea was the worst ever in my life. They took 15 mins to make two orders (there were no other orders before me). Not exaggerating I just threw both into rubbish outside store after only taking one sip of each, which make me feeling gross.

Very good service, sometimes very busy but the owner try her best to give best service！and the milk tea tastes very nice.

Placed my order and was told it would take 5 minutes, but I had to wait 30 minutes for it! The owner said they ran out of the boba and had to make some more. Should definitely NOT tell customers it would only take 5 minutes if they knew it was going to take longer! We have lives to live and things to get on to! BAD EXPERIENCE AND WOULD DEFINITELY APPRECIATE MORE RELIABLE AND HONEST SERVICE!

Great place for a drink during summer. Nice and cozy environment, friendly staff as well. Is a little pricey compare to others but highly recommended to give it a try

Staff recommended the New taro milk tea with cheese foam, which turned out great. They said it was made.drom real taro and taro mash. A little pricy compared to other tea shop in downtown.

Honestly the best boba (milk tea with pearl) I have so far, it is a bit more expensive than the others but it is worth it.
