Went to get some advice on finishing rocks and products for our garden. The staff member onsite was great with question and suggestions. Came back early Saturday morning to get a metre of rocks and was it was great service with a loan trailer available for two hours which have us plenty of time to offload. Great mahi from the team.

Probably the worst experience in a long time. Person serving the most unhelpful person I have dealt with in a long time. Wow - a few months ago this place was a star performer. Today the worst I have experienced in a long time.

Good stocks of most general landscape products including bulk supplies. Friendly and knowledgeable staff. Lots of loan trailers and bulk deliveries are low cost. Definitely recommend for Kumeu district.

Have been a regular customer here for some years. I live and work locally in a similar industry so always support local if possible. Wanted to get a loan trailer of mulch after work (4.30pm) on Friday and bring back trailer before I start work on Saturday (7.30am) but the condescending and scruffy staff member said nup.some deranged company policy.not too sure how I was inconveniencing anyone? That’s pathetic customer service, I will never go back.

Appallingly service. Have used Waimauku Landscaping on numerous occasions and always had fab service. Today arrived, car outside office, rang the bell. No acknowledgement. Waited. We rang still nothing. Gentleman on wasnt with anyone or on the phone. Actions were of someone deliberately ignoring us. Obviously not in need of our business, so will go elsewhere. Very sad as our local.
