Tyrone Penning is incredible - I've always had recurring back issues, and after tweaking my lower back/hip, I booked in with him for acupuncture. His approach was really refreshing - he's extremely knowledgeable about pain and body functionality, and looked at my body holistically, using a range of treatments (gentle repositioning of my back/neck, massage and acupuncture) in the session. I left feeling like a totally new person. Had a second visit a week later to help with a minor flare up, and now I feel better than i have in YEARS. I'll definitely be visiting him every few months for a tune up. Highly recommend if you're suffering from pain, and are keen for effective, holistic treatment.

Dr Josh is awesome! I use to be so nervous getting adjustments however he is the only person I trust… especially with neck adjustments! Always feel so good after. Would 100% recommend going to see him.

I came here at the peak of lockdowns in 2021 with a terrible shoulder pain or mouse shoulder is as it it is usually called. Initially I was just thankful that Dr. Sophie had agreed to see me because no other physiotherapist or chiropractor or GP deemed shoulder pain severe enough (!). I had never been to a chiropractor before so didn't know what to expect but gradually Dr. Sophie worked her magic on my muscles and I felt so much lighter and lither over the next 3 months. I really loved the holistic approach that she takes as she was adjusting not just my shoulder but my wrists, collar bone, back and anything else that could ease the stress - constantly highlighting and explaining the interconnections (which I absolutely love and subscribe to!).
1 year later I still see Dr. Sophie once a week, and her chiropratice has been a gift in disguise! I can't imagine how many niggles I have avoided and how much better I have learnt to communicate with my body - all thanks to her expert care. My posture is better, I need far fewer adjustments than before, my periods are less painful, sitting/standing/exercising are all easier too. Would definitely recommend Dr. Sophie and the Wyld team!

The first thing you notice, is that this doesn’t make you feel that you’ve walked into a dingy, frumpy or clinical space. It’s light, its bright and I love all the plants! The staff on the desk are all awesome, welcoming and get to know who you are and you feel part of the team really quickly. Furthermore, they do all they can to accomodate you when you need to switch times at short notice or even when you miss a spot… sorry team

Dr Sophie is my regular chiropractor and is the best I’ve worked with over 2 decades of chiro treatments in two different countries. She’s personable, but gets on with the job and takes care in doing a really good job.

I’ve also had a few sessions with Dr Toni and her experience shines through, same level of care and confidence when assessing your needs.

Final shout to Justin the massager (can’t seem to spell the correct word correctly). His deep tissue is intense and you’ll probably want to hurt him right back, but give it a minute and you’ll soon start to see just how effective he can be - for days afterwards. My advice would be to take your time as you get up though. He has good chat too!
