Had a terrible experience at Xpert tinting yesterday. The receptionist was extremely rude and very unprofessional (on more than one occasion).
We brought back our car to have the bubbled tints repaired/replaced, which was done to a poor standard. Some tints had not been repaired at all and one window had a section missing as per photo.
We mentioned this to the receptionist who told us “we can’t expect perfection with such an old car” and “tint the windows yourself then. ”
Considering we payed full price for this service, naturally we expect a good job to be done and not bubbled tints.
We have had another vehicle tinted at Xpert a few years ago and had a great experience. But based on how we were treated yesterday, we would not recommend this local company.

Had my van tinted today, although nothing wrong with the tints, the workers snapped the timber bed in the back while doing the tints and I was not informed until I inspected the job and found the damage myself before payment. It would have been obvious to the person working on the van that this damage has happened and I found it dishonest that I had to discover the damage myself. I asked the owner of the company for $20 off my $458.58 invoice so i can replace the piece being a carpenter myself (which i thought to be more than a fair compromise given the piece of timber would cost $20 to buy), to which he refused and said he would fix it himself. I said ok thats fine but being 15 minutes to the time the shop knocks off he then said I'd need to bring the van back on Saturday for him to nail the snapped piece back together which I was not happy with. Also off cuts of tint film, glue and sealant products were left through the back of the van, I paid the invoice in full and left with a bad taste in my mouth. I will not be back in future nor reccomend this business to anyone looking.

Awesome job from these guys, went in on Saturday morning during a level 3 lockdown, they quoted the job and then I was able to return the same day to get the job done. Very friendly and workmanship was excellent.

I have had two vehicles tinted and one sign written by Xpert window tinting. I could not be happier with the price and the product and skill used in applying the tints and the signing of the vehicle. Thanks guys. And I will be back soon.

They done a brilliant job A1+ recommend if people want a great job on their vehicle for window tinting again guys thank you so much you done.a fantastic job on my Nissan fuga. Double check the gst price before payment, as they charge gst extra on top of the price quoted?

Receptionist was rude because i had been in twice before my booking to ask questions but the guy who was there on the day i got the tints was very very helpful and friendly.

Took my van in about a year ago to get tints all round. These guys are the real experts in window tinting and their prices are reasonable. It's been over a year & no bubbling or fading whatsoever, they used a tint which had a few years guarantee on it.

At the time i tried to book my van they were so busy I had to wait a few days to get the tinting done. But they are definitely worth the wait and the tints look the part so immaculately cut out. And the owners also gave detailed instructions on caring for your tints for the long run.
