Damaged goods, won't admit to their mistake with bad packaging and handling. Arguing that the goods weren't damages when the pictures shower the damage obviously. Wouldn't recommend

I was really disappointed in this company. I purchased a birthday gift for a family member, they sent the incorrect gift.
After multiply times trying to contact them i finally did, they agreed that they had sent the incorrect gift and would send one that day which would turn up in a few days.
It never turned up, after again mulitple times to contact, finally after weeks later they still said they could sort it, but then couldn't, repaid my money.
I felt customer service was shocking.
Went in today looking for a decal/sticker for my Ford Ranger. This guy had everything. Literally. He makes his own stuff. Very helpful and friendly. Reasonably priced. Left there with a huge smile on my face. Wish I had found this place earlier. I'll definitely be back there soon.
XRacing Motor Sport are easy to work with remotely. The vinyl arrived overnight and was very easy to apply. Would recommend and buy again
