I always buy all my supplements from these guys, they always go above and beyond. I brought the wrong product and wasn’t returnable yet he still took it back and did his best to try and sell it and managed to. Grate service 10/10

Will never visit again, Bought 2 of 5L protein, after charge me more $, then I found out price online is way cheaper, them owner says he cannot refund to me, end up I have to buy extra things
When I try to purchase a "Deal" product, then owner says it is not even the price stick on the protein is $74.99, he say no can't sell to me for this price.after I picked 2 protein bar, when I went home, see the expire date is next week.
This is 100% last time for me to visit, and I will not recommend my friends to visit as well.to Summarise this shop.

Best place on the shore to get all your supplements. Great recommendations and good chat. They know what they’re talking about and won’t upsell you in anything.

Be aware. They send soon to be expired products. Ordered Optimum Nutrition Casein protein 4lb and they sent me a one which is going to expire in two months. You can't finish a 4lb in two months. When I went to exchange it to their Albany branch, all their Casein protein's were going to expire in two months so I had to exchange it to a whey.

As I said, I brought the product back but all your other products were same (close to expire) so I had to settle for a Whey powder which is not what I wanted.

The pricing is really good here, amazing customer service. Great and personalized advice on products. Highly recommend these guys.

Went to this store for the first time. Got a warm welcome by Roger which was so lovely to see. Used to go across the road but not any more! Roger is knowledgeable and honest and just in general an awesome guy. Love your work!

He is not only friendly to EVERYONE who walks in his door, he is knowledgable on all his products and helps you figure out what is best for you and your own individual needs. Roger treats the shop like his home, and all his customers like friends and family, he doesn't sell you things for the sake of money, he genuinely cares for you and your needs. Very rude guy. Doesn’t knoe how ro talk to customers. Always try to sells nar labs product. Which is not a good product also doesn’t match up the prize with online. NZ muscle is way to better. Much cheaper as compare to extreme.
