Horrible experience dealing with this lawyer. We could not get on hold of her even when we needed an advice. The communication is a disaster, and it adds extra stress on the process. Highly unrecommend!

Worst lawyer my brother Ian and I have ever talked with. Today is third day since property sale was cancelled by buyer, heard nothing at all. (found out when he text property manager he is cancelling) Also she Knows nothing about anything legal if asked. Highly don't recommend at all, communication is close to nil too.

Response: She is also dishonest by her response here, I am legally half owner and my brother 'title owner' also had no response at all. Disgusting behaviour. So yes she is useless!

Absolutely professional. Very responsible, prompt and experienced. Knows the right thing to do in all unexpected issues and scenarios, nothing unanticipated. We could never get a hold of Haiyan. She was unprofessional and she blamed us for “threatening” her receptionist when I called the office. I called the office and left a message for her and understandably I was already upset because of the stressful process. I will never use her service even if these were offered for free.

Patiently explain legal knowledge and have a sense of responsibility. I have been in business for 10 years.

Worst law firm to deal with, doesnt answer phones or emails, unprofessional and seems to have no idea what is going on - DO NOT RECOMMEND

Walked in excellent staff st waiting room and very tidy with flowers or plant to brighten the waiting room. Was seen on time and sorted all paper work out with no problems.

I used Yang Lawyers in 2015 and the solicitor did not know the law properly and very stressful not recommend him at all.

I made an appointment to have documents witnessed at short notice. Ms Yang kindly obliged and was very helpful. Thankyou!

The lawyer just wants to get money quickly and does not care about the clients. She does not pick up your phone day and night when you need guidance. Very frustrating experience. If you want to find trouble during property settlement - use her!

Service from this lawyer is very poor. We hardly able to communicate them. The receiption has no satisfactory respose for the client and always refers to the Haiyan who never pick up her call. Its frustrating! I recommend DONT TAKE SERVICE!
