Dont buy from this person, i bought a tv unit and was totally damage but he is not responding afterwards.might as well report to consumers protection

I purchased roof racks from this company and within two months one of the fastners had broken.
When trying to find a solution with the company, Benny, denied that I had but from him.
He wouldn't try to resolve the situation and ignored messages and calls.
I do not recom3nd this company as they will take your money and cut ties.
Brought a shoe cabinet from this guy, the packages shoe cabinet was completely different and smaller from description on trade-me. He won’t refund or swap and took weeks to contact him. I’ll be taking him to court.
Bought some curtain rods, they are really bad quality. I just installed one rod and it has bent. Requested refund or swap for the rods which are I haven't used and owner refused. I'm taking him to court. Be aware of this guy.
