I contacted YourTradie on the recommendation of a friend, when I was in need of a building contractor to complete a strip out of my grandparents' badly flood damaged home. Lachie and his team completed the strip out very promptly and provided professional advice to our insurance company regarding reinstatement/repairs required as requested. In the end YourTradie project managed/carried out a rull reinstatement of the 3 bedroom home. Throughout the process Lachie advocated for my grandparents interests/liaised with our insurer (no mean feat) and delivered a beautiful finish on time and without any dramas. His professionalism, patience, communication and timeliness was so appreciated and made a very stressful time that much easier on us all. Gwen, team interior designer, took the legwork out of making all finish selections in order to save my elderly grandparents traipsing all over Auckland - providing a selection of finishes within budget and requested colour scheme for them to choose from. The result is modern, practical and cosy and has accentuated the features of the property like the higher stud. Thanks so much, YourTradie team. I contacted Lachie after our property was damaged by a landslip in January. He was quick to respond and easy to communicate with.
