23 3 Times i have come to the night shift and Customer service is bloody useless. Young Girl took forever to get her attention cause she was too busy on hee phone. And tonight a customer before us was waiting knocking on the window and I came parked up and beeped my horn from my car to her attention she came served him and my son was behind him waiting but she decides to go back where she was before and we waited she didn't even come so we left.
Poor Customer Service, needs to be retrained how to attend to customers, NEED TO BE OFF YOU PHONE. Z Management need to train staff.

Do not buy coffee from here. I watched the person behind counter take money for petrol, handle cards then went to make coffee no sanitise no gloves then pushed the lid on the coffee with his whole palm yuck Yuck oh and take the cup with his hand inside it yuck
Easy to use and find. Female staff member had attitude when pointed out she did t ask about rewards cards. Used car wash also which did a good job
I had a really bad experience with this DHL pick up point. Will no longer choose this as a pickup point. The manager clearly received the package, opened and explored on my package. This is a total disregard for someone's privacy and rights. Don't even want to give that 1 star to this station.
Failed to scan my Free coffee from the app promotion. Also was told cant use the car wash because there is no soap. Next time just put up a sign that “no promotion redeems in this store”
Waited 30 minutes for 4 frappes. Staff have poor communication skills and say they are new to the job. That is totally understandable however they could have mentioned this to us while we ordered our drinks. Lady behind the counter had low communication skills and zero customer service skills as well. Definitely not going to be supporting this z again
The recent staff changes at this Z station have been really disappointing. I initially thought it was covid isolation pressures perhaps, but I haven't seen any of the former regular staff for many weeks now. Those guys had good customer skills. The new staff have no customer service skills apart from one lady who clearly works in another branch as I haven't seen her in a couple of weeks now either. The new staff have significant trouble with English communication. They lock the doors at strange hours or keep them on remote control so you walk up and wonder if it's even open - and as they don't pay attention to approaching customers you end up having to wave to get their attention or approach the night pay window so they see you and unlock. This is outside of typical night pay hours BTW. If you're going to night pay and asking them to get something from inside the store retail area - yeah good luck with that. Get good at your hand signalling because they won't know what you're asking for even if you spell it out. Not what I have come to expect from Z Energy here.
Never one to review gassys but hands down the worst service I've had in NZ. Absolutely no words spoken, no eye contact, gestures, anything. No response to my good morning. Will be heading to BP round the corner next time.
Worst customer service everytime I come in, so i will write this review while parked out front. This time she told me the mask was ten dollars as if I couldn't afford it, is it coz you cant afford it sis? , then threw my change on the table.beeetch keep the change.buy yourself a dream and get the hell out if u dnt like it here.she definitely hates her job.
Not usually one to complain, but I brought a small double shot coffee from here and it tasted like water and milk and was bearing brown in colour. Was disgusting. It was like she had forgot to put new coffee in the portafilter. I asked for them to remake it but she refused. Poor service.
Friendly, helpful staff. I do wish that night pay didn't start so early, but haven't rated them on that as I know its dangerous for a single staff member to be working the graveyard shift
Neat staff, great customer service, my only comment, is that people continue to park in the disabled parks, without a disabled card/sticker without being challenged.
This Z station's manager has received my parcel as a redirection to the swipe box in store. Kept it, without notifying either sender or the freight company instead open my parcel package and used the item inside. When parcel was identify the original package box was no longer there, the manager said it came in as a shoe box, denied They have anything to do with it. Their action represent thieve, unprofessional, lack of any responsibility. Very upset, hope more people know about their behavior and avoid using any postal service at there.

Always friendly staff. Love the layout of the petrol station, because the way the pumps are set up your tank will always be in the right place.
The service at the pump was not very friendly. Staff have stopped greeting people. The person in front of me greeted the attendant and the attendant said do you have a flybuys card and then the amount no thankyou and bothing. Sorry Z Botany give you 2 stars. The BP pump on botany is cheaper and better service.
Great service, always welcomed with a smile and a helping hand by the guy on pump service duties. Top bloke.
Poor service instore. Charged twice for cigarettes only received 1 pack showed proof with online statement but wasn't willing to give me a refund or the second pack purchased just some excuse to wait for a call from the manager with regards to being double charged. Unacceptable
Like most Z petrol outlets fuel is overpriced compared to Mobil and New World supermarkets has the audacity to team up with overpriced Z and call it a discount? Get a grip!
M really greatfull to giving my feedback to Z fuel station Botany.m so glad to see the staf of fuel station they are well performed their duties.i love to announce tht yesterday i was met a member of fuel station named Jaspreet singh he is very inojetic person i met he well knw costumer handling he told me tht on left side u will find acctuly what i need he was so active and this feedback is especially for him.thanku for a very good service to i just give him ten out if ten if its a rating because i was in hurry but he explain me very nicely in a short time tht makes me so impress.i love to reach again over their.julia thompson.
