Z - Constellation Drive - Service Station

Convenient location, not far from Northern motorway, 91 and 95 unleaded fuel and diesel, car wash, coffee and hot food available. Plenty of parking onsite.

Regular customer to z.pick up a refreshment gas or grocery item conveniently located near motorway.

No one at the counter when I went to buy car wash. Some one came out from kitchen after 3 mins (27 December 2020 and time1: 15 pm)
And car wash doesn’t do job as 100% bcoz of no proper filing of liquids on time.

Not sure for other pumps, but observed at pump 6 in located the middle. The pump did not operate and was jammed, otherwise when fixed overflowed and had fuel pour over the paint of my car. The staff was not able to diagnose or fix the problem. The air pump near the car wash also is in bad condition. Would not recommend.

There coffee is so bad and not the same as other Z out of north shore so I put it down to the people making it so if you like coffee best is BP

Great service for fuel but it is more of a convenient store as only 1 shelf of automotive accessories and not very well stocked.

At the gas station now and the two staff working at the moment are very friendly and helpful. On that basis alone I'll be using this station again in the future.

Went there to get something at 11.50Pm monday night and waited 10 mins on the night pay window to be served but no was there to help and had to leave. Worst service ever.

Ripping off the NZ working class, with price increase after price increase. I used to really like this station, but lost me at $2.30 per litre. Staff however are consistently friendly and service is good.

I just went and get my Petrol pump just now and I pay at the counter the guy told me said today flybuys is 10c off. I actually prefer to use fuel voucher for 6c off and he asked me to use and I am actually not happy to use flybuys for the discount today and I have many fuel vouchers with me. I do not like to keep any of fuel vouchers.

A service station with the obligatory premium priced convenience store. Nice to have a pay at the pump option

Very well accessible filling station with numerous entrances and exits. Sufficient pumps to fill up at and all the usual small offerings at these filling stations.
Great amenity store with great fresh snacks and small items for purchase. They have a good selection of fridges for cool drinks, waters etc. Icecream for the hot days and good coffee, muffins, snacks and pies.
Really friendly staff I store and in the forecourt.

What can you expect from a service station? Well, good old fashioned service, of course! Customer service is frequently dead among garages these days, not at z.there is always a forecourt attendant offering to pump our gas or check the oil.and the pump eftpos is a huge time saver

Spent over $20,000 at this gas station and they still don't know my name, but the petrol is ok, I guess, so 4 stars.

This Z is always easy to fill up at as its generally pretty quiet. I think thats because Z is not part of the smartfuel discount program.

Helpful staff attend to pumping your petrol and checking the oil. Pleasant and cheerful staff at the pumps and inside the Z stations.
