Z - Lakewood Court - Service Station

It's a shame customer service is not a value any more.
All I want to know is what time I have to return the trailer by. She hung up. And then didn't answer the phone. And no they are not busy, I just drove past.

Good, clean forecourt, easy drive in, filling in petrol, pay it on ATM machines and drive out. Very quickly and no hassle.
Typical Z petrol station standard service level with individually custom service by each franchisees to make the court really outstanding & memorable place to go to.

Offers a Z2O carwash as they term their car-wash service. Comes with a mini supermarket. Offers 91,95 petrol and diesel. At night, you have to use night pay window. That means no entry at night. But dnt know since when that changes. Just by the main road.

Price for fuel here can be pretty high even for 91. They also used to have the best car wash out south but even their cash wash has gone below average.

Good retail shop. Users of the Z mobile app get quick service. Adjacent intersection allows turn either north or south onto busy Great South Road.

15c per litre more than other Z service stations. I filled up with 91 unleaded using the app. This makes it probably the most expensive petrol station in Auckland. Please be wary, unless you are wealthy:)

Bad experience. Paid my fuel through the eft pos machine at the pump only to find out that I was charged 199.00 for a 50.00 purchase. When I queried this I was informed that this has happened before and to ring the bank. It was eventually reinstated to my account but warning check your receipts when paying the the pump.

Best local service station, petrol expensive but the older guy is really nice sorry I don't know his name yet will ask next time.

I always buy my morning coffee feom here on the way to my office. Staff are friendly and quick service always. Recommend this place to everyone.

One of my favourite Service Stations for fuel with competative fuel prices. Highly recommended.

Today the girl on the forecourt was great even pumped my tyres up for me so I didn't get dirty. Lovely to deal with.

Went there today around midday. Very bad attitude by the lady cashier staff. Absolutely zero customer service. I immediately left without spending a cent or wasting another second of my time.

Besides at this station 91 advertised fuel price was more expensive than other gas stations near by anyway.

Worst station in Manukau area!

Like all Z service stations, I found this one to be very friendly. Guy behind the till chatty and welcoming.

Needed petrol this afternoon so called in at Z Lakewood Court, Manukau. First impression and customer service is deplorable to say the least. Parked up and was signalled by an attendant to move. I was some what surprised then realized I was in the fast lane. The fast lane sign was covered up when approaching by a cleaning equipment. I then went to another lane and put my eftpos card in the slot. After trying 4 times to get the machine to work, it did at last. Entered $50, was accepted then asked me to remove card. Removed card and waited for the petrol to start to flow. Then read on the machine transaction cancelled. Went inside and was told just pay here. I had already paid. I paid again very reluctantly. Lady of forecourt was very unhelpful and didn't care. All she said was you wouldn't have paid twice. How do I know that when transaction was accepted. I will be checking by bank transaction in the morning. I will not be returning. Equipment does not work, signage is very poor and customer service is appalling.

Very bad customer service. I got a free car wash voucher from Z app but the staff said the free car wash voucher doesn’t work with the system. Same time, I noticed someone else doing the car washing.
I felt really disappointed. Wasted my time.
Was a regular customer. Loss my trust now.
If you guys can’t help with it please don’t fool customer.

Excellent customer service during afternoon shift. Friendly helpful and extremelly efficent. Even when super busy service is quick as well as friendly. Customer being served treated as if they"re the only customer. So refreshing

Easiest access when busy is either via Alfriston Road heading towards KFC or heading south on Great South Road
