Expensive for petrol & not enough room to allow entry & exit has been packed with too many customers couldnt get out

My daughters old job and she did it well thank you not to all those nasty customers she tolerated those of you who put her and her colleagues in danger bought them to tears endangered their livelihoods they were just doing there job. One day that might be your elder, mother, father, daughter, son or even mokopuna on that nightshift alone and someone takahi on their mana I tell you this you will feel it but just like all those others you abused know this it will be because your energy started a chain reaction for your own loved ones to suffer the same fate. Other than that I think all Z Staff who kept the place ‍️ for two lockdown periods should have been given more than a box of chocolate a $ danger bonus would have been the way to show your appreciation to your staff Z.

I have been going to Z for 5 years now & have had no problems at all. I go between Massey & Henderson valley. It’s a shame the price in gas keeps going uppp.

Coffee is the best at this petrol station compared to the other Z gas stations.
Always love how you get to pick a charity more businesses should adopt that option

Worst customer service experience we’ve ever had. 11th May around 7pm Westgate branch, pump wasn’t working so we went back three times to follow up, and for 10 minutes we get nothing but an unhelpful wave from the cashier. At this point we are visibly upset about the poor communication, and only then did the guy actually try to look into the issue.

You would think this should have ended as soon as the pump started working, but nope, he comes out to wrongfully assume my mum’s occupation based on her clothing, which is both unnecessary and out of line, just to prove a point about “not always being able to please everyone at checkout”. He continued to insist that he didn’t know what was wrong with the pump, but was not even bothered enough to check or communicate this properly the first 3 times we asked. He seriously had a lot more energy to argue at LENGTH as to why he can’t help his customers, naming all sorts of excuses - teammate is busy filling up cigarettes to look after the shop, having to sort out some delivery - causing a whole scene and would NOT let us go until he’s made his point. As if we hadn’t already spent enough time waiting around for someone to do their job, only to be dragged into a further 5 minutes of back and forth. He literally would not stop having a go at us even with our doors shut and us driving away. A very draining encounter.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this was just completely unprofessional behaviour and had to be reported. Never coming back there.

Best car wash at Westgate as it has disco lights make sure you play Da Hol - Meet her on the dance floor.

The older man working there is very nice and deserves a raise. Very amazing serivce.above and beyond any other petrol station ive seen before

Great experience everytime and easily accessible. The staff are always helpful and super friendly each visit. Their coffees are nice too

Litterally the worst experience. Went to get a car wash. They said they only do water basic wash. Due to water restrictions. Yet 2 cars got special treatment. And got soap dispensed the full works.

They say forecourt attendant from 8am till 5pm no one on 25/3/19 to bissy talking away in some foreign language to serve people! If they want speak Indian perhaps they should go to India! English or Te Reo. Forecourt was full, pensioners and women, and he couldn't even help the girl behind the counter P. C.or not we don't need his sort

Theese guys and girls no there stuff. A real gas station. And in the heart of the new westgate. Hectares of shops and more. Huge progress with bunnings. Neat

Service very good but only minor thing no water in watering can to wash soappy water off car after washing windscreen other wise service from attending good

Competitive fuel prices and the small flybys discount helps a lot. Easily accessible and adequate fuel pumps. Will be back, the staff in the store was friendly and efficient.

Nice friendly staff and helpful pump assistant. Has a toilet for customers and located right next to westgate, opposite Pak'n'save so very handy location.

Petrol stations are all the same. Although they only give 6% off petrol unlike Nelson who give super annuants 15!

Nice petrol station, quite busy. The self-service pumps aren't quite as intuitive as Gull, you need to click through a hole bunch of options after you have used your card before you can actually get fuel.

Pumps unlocked after hours by staff, instead of prepay pumps. Well stocked and clean. Has a car was too which is handy.
