Z - New Lynn - Service Station

Pathetic service. I’ve been a regular customer at this station and always experienced a good service until today. I went to buy something and the senior staff must be training a newbie and said you better keep the things behind the counter until you get the payments as people like him (referring to me) will leave without paying. WTH, are you kidding me. You should be fired rather than training a new staff cause you don’t even know how to deal with the customers

It was a station, but there was no service. I had to do everything myself, while they made coffee for someone else.

Found the service very quick. Plenty of pumps to choose from. The fuel price at this station is better than most in the district especially when discounted. Great range of shop products.

My go-to petrol station in New Lynn. Great assortment of warm food in the cafe section, friendly staff, and airpoints collection.

Not my worst Z but definitely not my favourite staff is a bit off if I'm being honest not sure if that comes down to poor work environment?

Lost me wallet attendant was awesome check camera n liase with another person who work the same company who took my wallet handed in to his work n the guy bought it back. Great team work from Z station attendant n the guy from courier thank you both

Costumer service is good, very friendly but petrol is expensive, I payed $70 and only got 26 litres but, I guess everywhere is costly atm.

Terrible coffee. Ordered a large mocha with 1 extra shot and received a milky mocha.no depth and flavour to the mocha.the barista was grinding something in my cup as the espresso is getting extracted from the coffee beans.no chocolate or coffee taste even after asking for extra shot And they charge me $6.3. Will never return again. Usually z coffee comes with double shots by default. Will never return again.

Always very good service, and ALWAYS a good place to check air in your tyres.
So many petrol stations never have functioning air tyre pressurer checkers.this station always has one that functions.

Charged me for petrol twice and over filled the oil in my car by a litre after telling them I would do it myself

Got the new Z app on my phone. Love that in a few clicks at home my coffee can be ready to walk in walk out collect asap. And it's a good brew. Cheers Z.

Epay lane, pay at pump, in shop coffee of average quality. Easy access off main road. Friendly staff

I never go to Z / Shell the worst service station in New Zealand and no simple commen sense. My bad I thought of give a try after may be 15-18 yrs but no difference. BY CHANGING THE NAME QUALITY NEVER CHANGES. NEVER EVER GO TO Z. My request. Thank you

Friendly staff one of whom will pump gas for you between 10am & 5pm which is handy at those times that your in a hurry or just appreciate the service offered. They have a fast lane which after loading a credit card with Z allows you to pump your gas and leave. No need to enter station to pay it's all handled automatically including any flybuys you accrue as long as you have loaded your flybuys card with Z also ($20 Petrol and in shop spend = 1 flybuys point which adds up). Their prices are about average, though they are quick to adopt fluctuations in cost. Z stations are everywhere which I like and provide clean toilet facilities for customers use. You can find the usual junk food along with some healthy options however the prices can be on the high side. But handy for picking up milk etc on way home.

Z petrol station is not far from where I live. I enjoy going there to put petrol in my car and also get flybuy points or on occasion purchase a coffee or something to eat.

Just your average Z station. The car wash was having some issues; when I asked the attendant said they had had problems with people getting stuck in there so I decided against tempting fate. She was friendly and helpful and I would have no issues coming here again.

Would be good to know when Z is going ti have a 10cent promotion the day beforehand like BP does. I usually pump my own gas si I get in&get out quickly

Toilet is always out of order here, so inconvenient because our company uses a fuel card here so it's our only place to fuel up, so we might look at BP instead. It might not Sound like a big deal but when you need to go, you need to go.

Full service large petrol station with everything you need including a car wash, trailer hire, atm, food and drink. Friendly staff

This z and the other up the road ash st have the same petrol prices which are good cheap prices compared to the competing stations
