Z - Otahuhu - Service Station

No use having wheelchair accessibility and Mobility Parking if they get abused regularly without any warning, including by staff.

Literally had the worst customer service experience just now. The big white lady was HORRIBLE with such a poor attitude. I locked both bathroom doors because they were locked when I tried to enter after finishing out of consideration for staff. However when i come out, she’s like “ WHY DID YOU LOCK IT? ” Because it was locked before I went in? “NO, it wasnt. ” Everyone uses that bathroom so you shouldn’t of locked it” “GOT IT”? How was I supposed to know that? It was locked before I went it and your telling me it wasn’t? Absolutely disgusting and rude. Won’t be returning here again because she needs an attitude check. If I could give zero stars I would.

Toilet needs key before using feels a bit childish epically when components is bursting to go. Knowing I would spend money in store just for rhe grace of using the loo when needed.

Went to this Station this morning after 10 am 19/07/21. Busy time and i was waiting on another vehicle to use pump 5. That vehicle eventually moved to the next available slot. I moved in to pump 5 and i was trying about 10 times but the machine was not able to read my card. I went inside to pay at the counter and the white lady said that pump 5 is broken.
I came back out and move my car to another slot. Another vehicle pulled in to pump 5. The girls still haven’t said or done anything. I went over and told the driver that pump 5 doesn’t work. He then moved to another slot that just open up next to me. He said thanks for the help. I walked over to the side of the building and get a cone that was stacked there. I then brought it back and block pump 5. Otherwise there would be more than 1 person complaining.

Great customer service. Serve some of the best hot drinks. Found a hidden gem that is only for a limited time. $12 deluxe car wash

Amazing Customer Service, love Elaine shes our Fav and also the nightshift girls do a fantastic job especially when it's busy.always service with a smile. They all know our coffee order! We have seen your resilience with tough customers! Your boss should be superproud. I would like to see maybe 2 staff members on when its super busy.but you all handle it like champs! Our new local. Thank you for you're awesome service.we love popping in for our coffees.

Always wonderful service from the young Indian lady that makes our coffees there on Sunday mornings. Always smiling and very calm with her customers when it's busy.

95 prem is cheaper then Mobil or Caltex. Food & coffee very good. Freindly staff to go with ot.

I have visited site to wash my Ute and it did not wash properly so i came and tell the guy at the counter can you please have a look Bees and flies are still stuck at front bonnet, you wont believe what he says, there is nothing he can do about it and telling me there is no fault we found like this. And told me to call on this number and tell them what happen and they will help you out, But i wash my car at your premises and car didn't wash properly and it has all dirt stuck around and it looks very untidy with luxury cars where i spend 80k for the and didnt wash properly where i paid money and got it wash in Manukau it did wash properly. So i have to pay 2 places to get my car wash. And thanks Shakshi at the customer service where she did offer me 10c OFF per petrol with next visit. Which i do appreciate for her to pop in the middle of converstion to help and support she provided. That staff on site at 14: 46pm is not fully trained to be as CS team, he talked to me very stress mode. He don't know how to talk with customers and fix the issue.i didn't want for refund as i just want to fix if i can go for second wash if possible and i am happy to pay. Just not happy to go back for car wash. And wont recommend any UTES to wash there it wont wash at front as there system is not set for Vans looks like.wish you all the best and get good staffs who can talk and communicate with Customers in otahuhu branch.

Got gas and pie this morning the pie wasn't even hot and the meat and potatoes were uncooked please be careful also when i called and told them they didnt even say sorry

Very rude and poor service.
I went with my parents to this service station while on a walk. I asked this guy 'Jagdeep' for 2 V drinks and 2 RockyRoads ice blocks. He told me "that they dont have any". While i was waiting outside, I saw the ice blocks in the freezer and it had breads and etc on top of it. Next to it was sign for pies and hot food sold. I confronted the guy, that they have it and why they are not selling it? He told me that it takes too much time to get it out of the freezer and etc. I asked him that those ice blocks are more safe and hygienic compared to their pies and hotfood which are not even in packet. He got really rude and told me to make a complain and its not his problem.

It was wonderful experience to get my fuel filled by two hard working girls with a big smile and very helpful. Thanks Sakshi and d other girl Thanks for d Hot Chocolate ur customer service was really appreciated.

I went Z @ Otahuhu after 10 pm, 4/12/19 and asked their Indian guy customer service for wholemeal bread and he made me pay before passing out a white bread and when i tried to tell him I asked for wholemeal bread, he gave me thumbs up and talk to the next customer. Ears does not listen to details, ignorance, unfinished service. Poor Service @ its Best.

Not very friendly or helpful. They need to understand they offer a service and customers should be respected.

Customer service is ok, a little short on what is advertised in the media regarding certain extra services, forecourt attendance support.

One of my favorite filling stations to go to everyday love the team and atmosphere always amazing

One of the staff was very very rude, asked her to clarify one of the specials they had going on their product and she said go over there and look at the sign, this is disgusting customer service. Obviously I have read it not quite sure so I ask the staff, isn’t this why they employed to serve customers and answer any enquires customers may have!

I generally choose z petrol stations because of their great locations and their forecourt attendants fill your car and wash your screen and can be chatty and help with things like directions. Sometimes their inside staff are not as friendly and this was my experience on the day at Otahuhu. Shame bout that

It's a good place to go too they help with filling your car up and check your engine for any refilling for water or oil. And the give you advice on what you need and have to get.

Very busy Gas Station. Clean toilets, friendly Polynesian staff running the show. Didn't get approached by Concierge, not certain they had one either.
