Z - Pakuranga - Service Station

Girl last night working was listening to her own rap music on her phone at the counter loudly with swear words, racial slurs and all sorts. I couldn’t believe what I was hearing. Both staff members around 930pm were swearing, laughing and had the most terrible customer service I’ve come across at any gas station, her music was so loud on her phone when I said $40 on pump 5 she looked up at me stupidly and said $20?

Average customer service, took more than 10mins to make a hot chocolate. Kept asking to see my phone order.

I will stick to South Auckland Z's!

I hired a trailer from this patrol station and they given me wrong price details. There were 3 staff memebers on the site with their manager as well. I guess they did that purposely to get more money from me. I had to pay $120 instead of $70 because of their cheap and cunning service. I already told them that was my last visit to their gas station. Very cunning and poor customer service. Not recommending to anyone. Thanks.

Great service, but the machines are broken, I set a limit of $160, but it went well over? Which I didn’t really want

Hadn't been here in a while as the coffees ended up getting really bad and weren't burnt a lot in the mornings. Went on this occasion and was veery surprised. The coffee quality had jumped ten fold. My mocha was delicious. Will have to go back and ensure it wasn't a one off.

The most expensive petrol out of any of the service stations. Got to have little to no soul to fleece nzers the way they do

Very rude woman working tonight wouldnt come and talk to us but instead just waving her arms around like a crazy person.

Every time I go to a Z garage the service is excellent. Went this pm asked for help with my tyres as its just too hard on my arthritic hands - unlike other garages in the area where its just too much to ask, there is always someone who will go the extra mile at Z. THANK YOU Z garage Pak for always helping me - you put your competition to shame!

Very friendly and helpful staff.
I need help each time for refueling + putting air in tyres pressure which is provided with a smile.

Actual braindead worker wouldn't let us buy Krispy Kreme a day before lockdown and refused to sell them and let them go to waste also when my girlfriend asked for a green apple mizone the dude comes back with a e2 you need better workers that actually listen lmao also didn't listen to the people before us either and was holding a line up at like 12pm

You HAVE to try the app that recognises your number plate and ready to pump as you pull up. So cool

Service is usually good and efficient but can be incredibly slow when its night pay - sometimes waiting 20minutes just to pay for petrol to find out the long wait was all due to them making two coffees

This place, I reckon is very well positioned where it is. The place is at a intersection on the Pakurana Highway there. I always find it moderately busy there, and never have much off an issue to use the gas pumps. The inside store is quite a good size, compared to some others I have been too.

Absolutely useless place. Went there at 6h40 this morning, there were 6 people standing in the que and only ONE person behind the counter, making coffees, taking payments for petrol, receiving deliveries. I waited almost 15 minutes then eventually left. Seriously, ONE attendant at peak time? Will never go back.

I have just been to this Z garage and experienced severe rude customer service.
I have been going to this garage for years and have previously experienced rude behaviour of staff but let it slide.
Today I had to go inside to activate a new

card with a pin and the staff was not really listening as he was talking to another man who appeared to not be a customer and I did excuse myself and he was very condascending despite explaining my new card pin to activate, he said that was not his problem so I re explained in order for me to fill petrol I need to activate, he still did not listen and very rudely stated I told you that I cannot authorize for pre pay petrol. He then funny enough activated prepay even when mentioned that in order for me to fill petrol and use card I need to activate via his machine inside rather then outside.
He then after it was activated, I stated if he actually listened we don't need to continue in this way.
To which he rudely stated I know, and he was actually shouting then.
I walked out feeling very upset by his very rude and bad customer service.

Hence need to fill this review as sure he thinks he can get away with this rude customer service.

Second time I've used the car vacuum and fragrance facility and fragrance is always on low. Need to please refill fragrance. I suggested this gas station to many of my friends and they said it's a great gas station but also found fragrance at its end.

Most of the pumps were out of service. Three staff members inside were too busy chatting to each other to even care about customer service. TERRIBLE PLACE DO NOT GO THERE!

Best coffee, service, friendly staff irrespective of timing and always willing to help.keep up the good work mates!

Expensive petrol, when compared to other alternatives (e.g. Gull on Reeves Road).

Plus points for good trailer hire, and reasonable car wash.
