Z - Pukekohe - Service Station

The morning staff are amazing best customer service I have come across. They know how to go the extra mile.

Nice and friendly staff, nice service station. But car wash doesnt really wash the car. (isnt it supposed to?)
Carwash miss a manual pre-wash kit for the worst spots. It can only wash already clean cars. "ultimate" wash at $23 is a zteal.

Terrible rude service at this store, some staff obviously have serious attitude and agression issues. The fact the particular station couldnt care less about an abusive agressive staff member is beyond me.

Good service recd to date, I've not got petrol as yet but the coffees to go are fab, just tried their Ice coffees & I'm now a total convert for summer

My fav place in pukekohe for a quick takeaway coffee. Can preorder on the app. Yumm vanilla flat white.

Z is always more expensive but we had vouchers to use. Just didn't expect to be questioned when I asked if we could have water for the camper even tho we spent about 90.00 on diesel

6pm Thursday 7 January 2020 - Filled up and went inside to pay. The rude cashier didn't say a word. He just held his hand out, took the money and put it in the till. I won't be spending my hard earned money there again. Z Pukekohe, you need to teach your staff customer service, manners and basic pleasantries.

Update: I was low on diesel and had to pop in. Filled up and took my money inside. The guy in the turban behind the till just snatched the bill out of my hand without acknowledging me at all. Never again Z Pukekohe. Your staff are too rude. No wonder you push pay at the pump.

Handy being opposite to Carls Junior too toilets are always clean and the car wash and the vacume cleaner thingee is handy too. Nice staff too

Good prices when on special or when fly buys special are on, all ways very clean and happy staff

Petroleum products what else don't no what's inside I go there for petrol not pies or book or coffee i go to book shop coffee shop& pie shops.

Amazing staff. On the forecourt and at the counter.plus they have recycling bins so there is no excuse to not help our planet

Have had so many bad experiences with Z pukekohe, (not being racist) but it is always the Indians that are very rude and act like they don’t understand what you are saying. The other staff are always lovely and very helpful. Also when the people on the forecourt fill your car they always seem to over fill or spill gas down the side of the car

Went to buy tobacco
Asked for brand they always have
Worker who served me did not even look to see if they had in cubboard where they kept it
He simply just said no we don't have that

The staff at the z station in pukekohe are always kind and friendly I go there every day to buy the best coffee in pukekohe the staff know how I like my coffee before I even order it. There is some old school charm about that place with the customer service. And finally it is always neat and tidy in and outside of the z station in pukekohe.

Staff are friendly and helpful. The toilets are always clean and it's good you have a car wash and place to get cold drinks and hot food.
