Z - Waikaraka - Service Station

Went there to use the toilet, a man was outside emptying the rubbish bins, went inside no one in the shop. Went to use the toilet, the worst I have ever seen, couldn't go anywhere else as I needed to go badly. Came out from using the toilet and staff member was standing at the counter, (different from the oneboutside). I said "hi" and staff member said nothing, just looked at me with a blank stare.

The Shop is often closed early. And on one of the hottest days of the year had no ice available.
As the Fuel is usually more expensive than other service stations in the area it's best to just carry on to a decent service station.

They lock toilet and say can't use it. Lazy management. Recommend you use another station that will actually look after you properly

Service could do with more energy and have a bit more inviting. Lady just stood there no hello or any kind of talk.

Went there on 12 July 20 pm (Sunday), very quiet, only one other car filling up, asked lady if she can do lpg bottle swap, she paused for a few seconds and said "no, we don't have enough staff to do that" she was not even doing anything else!

My works local fill-up with the greatest overworked under-apprieciated staff in any Z station.

Apparently when the cashier is doing closing, eftpos at the pump does not work. Also closed after 5pm so better to head to royal oak.

Absolute worst service I've ever had at Z onehunga. Turned up with my fuel light on to fill up at 7.50pm but the man in the shop had closed everything. Store hours on the door said it was open till 8pm which I pointed out. He said no hes closed now as he has to do all his paperwork before leaving. If this is the case Z need to change the hours they advertise. He also told me I couldn't pay by card. From now on I'll be using the mobil just down the road. Don't waste your time here.

Just another sheep. Generally follow other companies prices. Open 24hrs but after hrs you have to stand outside. No cash out of the atm machine after hrs either.

Very good service. Petrol is a little more expensive than other petrol stations. Z is about customer service.

Super clean and tidiest gas outlet in Auckland. Spic and span! Fair pricing open on holidays and easily reached on Neilson St Onehunga.
