Only gave them one star because there was no lower rating. Worst I've ever dealt with. They are dishonest and trade under 2 names Best Deals and Best Saver. Basically just crooks, Steer well clear and if you don't, don't say you weren't warned!

I brought a generator in June, received a cat tower in July. Rang them, they arranged a pick up of cat tower in exchange for my generator, they said they never received till August. September come along and they sent my generator to the wrong address and as of last week being October now they state they no longer have my item in stock. Awaiting refund now as they say they will refund me as a good faith thing like what the heck do you mean good faith I paid for it back in June it's October I haven't got what I paid for so yes refund me. Never again will I buy anything to deal with zeaway. Also although zeaway said it was shipped they never once provided me with tracking details that they Said they would do.

I have bought an cold IPL machine on Grabone from Zeaway. Instead they send me camping pots. No receipts or contact details anywhere to try and sort this. Company does not even have a phn number

Purchased cordless mop, was able to use it once then battery would not charge again, emailing them is a waste of time, purchased another cordless mop not realizing it was from Zeaway and that one would not go after I charged it up. I'm learning, it will be mop and bucket from now on.

I made the mistake of clicking the wrong option (out of two) to buy a product. I contacted them as soon as I received and realised and asked to swap for the other one and they said
“As we cannot accept the return either the swapping of the item. The only suggest we can give is to try it to sell to someone who might interest the product if you do not want to keep the item. ”

A little bit of paper work for your consumer satisfaction would have made this review here a 5 star one Zeaway but you don’t deserve!

Purchased a gazebo from grabone with $230. Terrible quality I even wondered whether that is a disposable product. The material is same with the chicken pellets bag sold in parknsave. Really piece of rubbish! Today Auckland has very light breeze and the gazebo collapsed already in tthis breeze. I feel sorry for those who live in wellington and purchased this item. A total waste of money and full of lies abt the product on grabone.
Never buy from them again!

Ordered item from vendor (Order ID: 16188682) and package was all ripped up as if someone had used the item and shoved it back into its ripped package. Very disappointing with the amount spent and time waiting just to receive something that looked used. Hope to get a refund if i can find contact details.

I purchased a treadmill on 1st October.
Still waiting for it to arrive.
This company does nothing but tell lies.
I have so many e mails just lying about why thiss has not been recieved.
They use straitnz as courier. They tell one story courier tells different. I purchased this through Trademe company name Bestmartonline.
So operate under two names
Bestmartonline and ZeawayLtd
I have repeadly asked for refund. Item cost 399.00 cartage 92.00 now find another company sells same product for 292.00 courier 45.00. I cant even get product I have paid for company is a scam don't purchase from them they also have another store called best savers. All stores have terrible feed back. Buyer beware

Stay away from dealing with this company. They advertised a massage chair on grabone for $1350.00 and in the small print free delivery tru nz. I bought it and got the message from grabone that zeaway could not deliver
I had to come up with an non ruraladdress and in the meantime the grabone deal was now $1500
An option for credit was mentioned but they did not pay me back. Then I gave them another delivery address and still didn't hear. Finally I got my refund

Purchased a sprayer, came broken, BUT I cant find their phone number anywhere? It should be illegal not to be able to contact them! I am not travelling to Wiri to return this broken item!

I have had the most worst expersice with this company I brought a steam cleaner from them on the 19/7/21 and from that I have had endless emails from that company saying they can't find my payment now asking me for screenshot of payment

Ordered a water filter from them from The Market website on Saturday and it arrived on Tuesday! Impressed with the fast delivery and easy purchasing

The worst expersice i have had with them.i brought items of them through them off trade me.endlessemails and endlss trips to bank for proof as they keep saying the money was ont there.but it is there with date tyime and refer number and name.they say they have not got in there accountant dept.so i have told them i will be talking to the police and making a complaint.i still not got my items a month later.not good for this company.still having problems withthem today.them donot ring you back even when they have your number.they still they donot have yr money

Possibly the worst experience I've had with buying something off them on trademe. Brought a listing off them that said it was an essential item and could be shipped straight away to later findout they havent been authorized by the government to sell essential items yet which they admitted themselves. Despite countless emails and messages they refuse to resolve the matter and looks like theyll cost me my job cause they've not left me with time to sort something else out. Zero out of ten experience from a company that's based overseas and doesnt communicate with there customers. Their trade me feedback on their bestsavers store shows that.
