Zebra U-Pick Car Parts

Beats the shamble that is bloody pick a part. All the different makes of cars are nicely organised in their own sections and best of all is that most of these guys' stocks are in sheds. Bonus for when the weather is foul.
Nice 1 Zebra. Pick a part could learn some lessons from you guys on how to organise their yards.

For just a single part person, we weren't treated very well, often we were over looked service was given to those spending big, won't be going back

Had to go back to car to get mask person behind counter was wearing cloth mask, I didn't see the point as was big open warehouses & outside also aren't they supposed to supply masks? 1 plus was there car's were quite in order & and most were inside.

For the novices out there, take the right tools and a mask and with a bit of common sense and utube you can dismantle anything. Today it was a window for a mazda.

Very organized, clean yards, very helpful staff on all yards I've been around Auckland. I always recommend your business to my friends, keep up the good jobs and I wish your business long life.

Rude unhelpful staff prevented us from going past the front counter. As for the following the rules comment. We were happy to follow the rules like I said it was the unhelpful staff member that caused us to leave. We got the impression as potential customers we were nothing but a nuisance we upset the staff member by asking if a specific car was in stock.

Needs a parts list on what is left on specific cars as it’s quite annoying when you drive all the way there and the part you need is gone. But otherwise the place is very tidy and priced well.

Very disappointed traveld 5 hours to get there, but the car I wanted part from didn't exist, in the website there were 3 Mazda Verisas one DARK BLUR but there were not even light blue but 4 sliver. Staff very friendly and helpful Jamal and Greg went and checked for me but came back sorry no blue there. Zebra should be more accurate and suggest updating the website by puting a picture of every car would be very helpful

A self service. So bring ur own tools. I dnt know if they provide any help if u dnt bring yours on a pay. They r open in Sundays too.

This is clean well managed yard. All makes of Mazdas, Toyotas etc have their own dedicated location, making it easy to locate your vehicle. There is plenty of space between vehicles to dismantle the part you are after. Reasonable price for parts and the staff are friendly and knowledgeable. It would be more helpful if they specified what part has been sold on their website. Has a customer toilet and wash up area to get rid of greased up dirty hands located at the entrance/ exit.

Went there to get a part for mum place was well organized told me were the car was the yard was clean and tidy didn't take long to get the parts and it only cost a fraction of what I was quoted at the retailer store will definitely go back there AGAIN

Double check your vehicle is still there. Clear the cache on your phone or make sure you refresh.

Some cars are locked and you can't even get access to the bolts that need to be removed. How do you expect us to remove what we want?

No place for children but good place if you need second hand parts for your car at reasonable prices

Very impressed with this excellent facility.
Very clean and tidy. Vehicles are easy to access and safely raised. Clean concrete floor, engine cranes and trolleys make it easy to remove parts.
Staff are very helpful, offered me a lifting strap when I mentioned I was after an engine.
Toilet and sink with proper citrus hand cleaner was the icing on the cake.

Open in the weekends. Parts are really cheap and have a huge variety of different cars to pick on, they even give you the chance to use a trolley similar to the ones in supermarkets and wheelbarrows.great service

Always stocked on car parts, what makes it better is that you can't enter with out signing in to covid app, an showing them that your signed in.bonus
