This is the second time I have used Zenith Curtain Cleaning and have been pleased both times. I recently had them clean a large pair of curtains which at twenty years of age were somewhat grubby especially the lining. They were taken away and returned on time as agreed which was really important to us. When they were returned they smelled divine and look as good as new. Yes maybe I could have bought a pair of "ready mades" for a similar price but am pleased to have given my classic expensive drapes a new lease of life. Thanks Zenith.

Awesome work, carried out efficiently and cost effectively

Something wrong with these reviews because some time back I saw other reviews that indicated dissatisfaction. They are not there now.

I agree with one review which is still left on, which says that a price was quoted but a much higher was charged when they took their curtains in.

I was told a price per drop, which included collection, unhooking from track, delivered back and rehung. I was also told that if there are quite a few drops there was a reduction in price (and I was told what the price was.)

I unhooked the drapes myself, and took the first bundle in myself. (no time or delivery unhooking or rehanging required)

However, having unhooked the drapes and taken them in, I was given a docket for a different price than what I had been told which the price which INCLUDED unhooking, pick up and redeliver and re-hook, but once I had drapes in there, I was given a docket with the charge being more expensive than what I had been told the cost advised previously for the full service. Very disappointing.

I did not leave the drapes. Friends recommended a different company, I have taken a photo of this message.

Excellent prompt service. Took them down when they said they would and hung them for me after even thought i changed the day of return.

Quoted me a price. Called later to say the price was double after I had taken time to drive there and drop off.
