We have a Zenith Hydrotap.
We have tried to book a service to change the filter. Date has been changed once. On the day of service, no technician, no call, no follow up to the message sent.
I’d advise not putting one of these taps in because the after sales service is so poor.
Shocking product. Even worse customer service. Have now replaced my unit with a Billi. Far superior product. My gosh I have loathed my experience with Zenith. Stoked to find an alternative after having spent over a year with a broken Zenith hot water tap due to no longer wanting to fork out money on a company that has the rudest customer service and a product that would just break in a month for no reason.
Its very annoying that when you scheduled a service to change the Gas for sparkling unit, they keep rescheduling without even a courtesy call that they will rebook the service? It happened to us not once but 3x times! Unbelievable service. Very frustrating waiting over a month just to change the gas! Management its a wakeup call. Otherwise you will lose valuable customers here…
Extremely rude And very blunt customer service. Speaking down to you in a condescending way is not how you really want to be spoken to over the phone especially not when you are getting them to come fix the same thing over and over again. Very frustrating and there is currently over 1 month wait to have someone come see us. Ridiculous.
The tap was faulty and this was reported weeks ago without being resolved, the company never gets back to you. If you want to purchase a decent tap get a Billi!
Oh, so when I got that nasty threatening "final notice, " bill it's actually a habit of theirs, I didn't realise. Be aware the replacement cylinders for the sparkling water are $210+GST for a twin pack
Massively unimpressed with our residential zenith hydro tap. The sparkling water is much less fizzy than what a soda stream produces and in the 6 months we've had the tap there have been several operational issues with it.
Terrible product and not at all worth the money.
If I could give a 0 rating I would. Phoned them to discuss a Final payment notice received, without them sending the invoice to the right person, or phoning to ask why the invoice was not paid, and received the rudest business manner I have ever come across. I could not even get a sentence in before being rudely interrupted by a Rachel Hawes, and just constantly being asked "so are you going to pay, so are you going to pay", without listening to my questions.
Such bad service!
I booked a service-person to change the filter 4 weeks ago, have phoned 4 times since, each time I'm told a service-person is booked and will come in this week. 4 weeks later and still no show.the entire office is asking me when the filter will be changed and all I can say is that someone is booked to come in. I'll be surprised if someone comes before Christmas in a months time.
We brought a unit 2 1/2 years ago. It developing scale in the boiling water unit, the cost of repair was nearly $1,000 which included an authorised serviceman charge out rate of $150/hr.
Worse product on the market and even worse service. For the amount of money people spend on your units you should should be more respectful and provide better service.
The heater in the hydro tape was replaced $300 and within 12onths it's gone again don't buy this product
