Richard and the Zones team were absolutely fantastic, from start to finish. Richard took great care to establish trust from the start, showing outstanding listening, care and concern for bringing our dream outdoor area to reality. Our project was complex, with a new deck constructed around a new concrete pool, with lovely gardens designed, new fences and a new retaining wall. Right from the start of our small garden makeover, Richard and the team were absolutely fantastic in listening to the the types of things we were looking for, our needs, and our lifestyle. We weren't sure exactly what we wanted, but the team presented a great design for a low-maintenance outdoor space which took all of our conversations into account. The little touches really make all the difference.

The entire project was completed relatively quickly, and our new low-maintenance space was finished and looking great just a couple of days after the work started. Its so wonderful now being able to sit outside, relax, and enjoy our newly revamped outdoor space, without feeling guilty about the overgrown mess we used to look at. It was a great experience working with Richard and the team from start to finish, and I wouldn't hesitate to engage them again for another project.

Richard from the start has been an absolute pleasure to work with. I was hesitant prior to Richard to get any work done in my garden due to a few friends having a few horror stories with other companies, but I was instantly put at ease as Richard was friendly and professional, and so was his dog Pippa. Throughout the process I wanted to make a few alterations and when I approached Richard nothing was ever too much and he quickly told me the prices and carried out the work in a timely manner.
