The views are so beautiful and the food wad great thank you. The price is a bit higher than some other places but it is well worth it

Buffet food and great selection from sea food to cheese and crackers to all the roast meats you can think off.

Although it's usually a smorgasbord, under red light restriction the entrees and deserts were brought to the table and were unlimited. Only had to order the main, which was really nice. The hardest part was working out how much room to leave for the main and desert! Always a stunning view!

Nice view with allot of starter foods to begin with, enjoy every moment. Our meals came abit late and they couldn't wait to get rid of us, saying that they need to clear spaces for the next people. Which isn't our problem but it all got cleared up with our solicitor, just so happened to be there at the same time. But thank you staff, I rate them 4 Stars

We enjoyed a beautiful luncheon with good friends up at Aorangi Peak. The welcome was warm and genuine, the views obviously spectacular, but I the food was the star attraction. We had platters with fresh oyster shots, seared scallops with a beautiful dressing, beautiful beef pieces, lamb ribs. Absolutely delicious. Totally awesome experience

Long line just to get meat, the queue blocked others from helping themselves to other foods.could fix that, but overall was good.

Did the early evening gondala and dinner, great price for what was a very nice buffet dinner. Plenty to eat, great selection of freshly cooked meats, and loads of dessert options. And being early evening, the added benefit of still having time to wander around and get some nice sunset photos.

Lovely view, very friendly service. Food was acceptable, with a large variety, but the lamb and beef was a bit tough. Pricy at 79$ per person.

The view is exceptional! The service was friendly and fast. Tasty food, but my venison and my husband's steak were medium-well instead of medium and we were both surprised that there wasn't a tasty sauce or jus over the meat so it was a little dry. At least the good flavour of the meat came out. And even though the venison was more cooked than I prefer it was still very tender. We shared the scallops entree which was well cooked and presented, but topped with quite a lot of mayo (?) which wasn't noted on the menu. Beautiful presentation of the food. Basic dessert menu was easy to turn down.

Great views, yummy food, good atmosphere. Going to be coming here for all our future buffet needs. I'd say it's well worth the price

Having yearly gondola card means lots of specials at this amazing place. Lots of new things being worked on for the future. Something for everyone. Sick of CBD pricing. You won't get cheaper Luge, meals, drinks and goodies. Thoroughly recommend the place

I was here in Jun 2014. Had a buffet styled breakfast looking out to the Skyline cable cars and downtown Rotorua, looking out into the lake:) It's a great place for romantic meals as well as taking in the sights of the town. Not to mention, Luge is just seconds away from the restaurant.it was a blast:)

We were originally looking for a nice restaurant to go to for our anniversary together and we turned up after booking a table that we were not on the list, we managed to get a table from the kind Asian gentleman (I don't know his name sorry) then we had drinks and don't get me wrong the view is amazing, ans the entree was very nice but then we got served our main with was Beef Lovers ans asked for it to be medium rare.we got our dinner to find the meat over cooked and then the vegetables cold to the touch.we ended up leaving.not happy and probably won't go back of we are paying $42 for a main meal

Amazing! Service was awesome. Rachel was our waitress and was awesome. Friendly and helpful and efficient. Food selection was fantastic.

Still one of the best buffets around. Fresh food with a million dollar view. Great bang for buck with gondola and meal @ $75 each.

Brought the family down from Auckland to share what my wife and I enjoyed 2 years ago. Not disappointed it was really great. A must do.
Kids did the luge after dinner. Had A great time

Costs $75/person to eat as much as you want watching the entire beautiful Rotorua city buy its worth it once in a while.
