Augustine - Mount Maunganui

Spent up large recently store at Mount Maunganui as a new customer and then next day everything was on sale. And told loyalty vouchers takes a further weeks.not a great experience.

Unfortunately had a bad experience on Friday. My sister down from Auckland and we love shopping in Augustine. She found a dress in the sale area with other colors of the same style also, when we went to buy the assistant said its not on sale and then looked on the website to say somtimes they only go on sale for a couple of days then full price again. So didnt do anything else about it and lost the sale. Sad that the customer service wasnt there as its not the customers fault that the 4 staff on didnt remove non sale clothes. Disappointed vist.

Busy shop with helpful friendly staff. Takes a while to navigate an Augustine shop, its so colorful its like sensory overload in a good way!

Best staff ever! I've never owned a dress in my life but have been drooling over Augustine pieces for ages. Finally, with the amazing Tanya's help, I own my very first dress! And I LOVE it!

This is the most delightful, colourful shop. There's something for every figure and I love supporting a NZ designer. The service is always top notch and there's a wee play area to keep the kids occupied too.

Beautiful colours but fabric appears very synthetic. Designs, to me, are quite frumpy and a type of fashion that Margot from the British series The good life would wear! Sorry.

First time I've been to Augustine, loved everything in the store, the displays of gorgeous clothing & accessories beautifully presented. The staff are fabulous, helpful & friendly
We rang the store at 3: 30 pm to see if they were open & what time they closed. Was 4pm wasn't looking good for us, being New Year's day, driving around looking for a park. 25 mins later we walked in with 5 mins to spare. The girls were awesome & allowed me to find a beautiful Kimono, although the store was closed. ️

Love the new shop, so much colour, sparkle & shine everywhere! It does overload the senses but as an Augustine lover from way back, I'd expect nothing less!

This shop is amazing. The staff are extremely friendly and helpful. The clothes! Be warned.the augustine addiction is real!
