Briscoes Rotorua

I recently bought a product "click & collect" which stated it would be available the same day. I was in the shop later in the day so called in to collect. A very rude lady on the counter was less than helpful and told me I couldn't collect the item even though it was sitting on the shelf. A few more days went by and still no item available - the status showing "processing". Fortunately I managed to phone and speak with Michelle who provided outstanding customer service. My product would never have been made available. There was obviously a glitch in the system.
Well done Michelle - you are a star.

Found it a little hard to find what I wanted. It felt like everything was a bit muddled

Never believe the false advertising on their website "click and collect" the next day. Weeks go by and you don't get what you pay for. Staff literally lie to your face to get rid of you, or walk away and ignore you. These people think their own useless internal administered records some how are above the law. That the fair trading act doesn't apply to them. That they can take your money and not give you the product you paid for that's right in front you. Never seen such arrogance in retail before.

Went in to make a warranty claim on a Sunbeam product, the friendly efficient service from them and the supplier was an example for all companies to follow.

Enjoyed my experience here. Customer service was friendly helpful and respectful. Sales were a bonus buying more than I planned to.

Most wives are banned from jewelery stores. This is up there for me. There's always something that you need. I love this store.

Busy department store situated behind Rotorua mall. Providing a wide range of household goods at reasonable prices.

Service skills weren't very great and woman I did talk to was rude. Will stick to online shopping for this store.

Big range at this Briscoes, well organised and tidy, easy to find what I needed (and a bit more that I didn’t!) Friendly and helpful staff, also let me know where I could get something they didn’t stock which was great.

$40 Xmas garland. Straight away its not the same green colour as pictured online, the detailing on the decorations arent the same, it looks cheap and nasty. Then i pull it out of the box and its starting to fall apart. Quality and detailing is absolute bs.

Nice place for shopping household items. They got hips of collections for us. I like there products quality and design. Customer service is excellent here. You will get any problems to find out your favourite tools for your kitchen.

The service was slow, they employed only young students. It was hard to get the item that why they didn't get a five.

Peaceful, friendly staff, good range of products.
Excellent sale price on the item I purchased today.

Afterpay is awesome. Don't stop with that one. Brilliant selection. Resene recently created duvets. I absolutely love mine. Definitely recommend.
