Broke my iPhone screen very badly. As we were on holiday I needed my phone fixed quickly. They were able to fix my phone and my sisters by 2pm and it was like new again. Thank you guys! Very happy with the friendly and quick service. Much appreciated.

DON’T TRUST THESE PEOPLE

Couple years ago I went in with my dad due to his water damaged iPhone 6. They repaired it, gave it back to us and the repair quality was just awful. Home button was loose and the operating system was just super slow. Thought they just did a rubbish job so he got a new phone a month later. Later he brought the iPhone to an APPLE STORE. To see if any of the rest of it could be recycled. Later we get told that the internals were not Apple components. Turns out these degenerates REPAIRED IT WITH 3RD PARTY COMPONENTS. Probably took parts that weren’t damaged and sold them too. Only back here now because my dad water damaged his phone again and it reminded me of this experience

Don’t ever bring ur device to this store and with other experiences with laptop repairs, PLEASE go to certified store. I know they can be a little bit pricey and the cheaper option looks real tempting but there’s a lot of scams like this store out there and it’s just not worth it, especially when all you’re gonna get is an unusable product and buy a new phone anyways while these degenerates of society end up with your hard earned cash.

Walked in to see if I could fix my iPhone X as I cracked the screen really good last night the man was so lovely and did the phone right in front of me as i said I needed it as soon as possible he kept me from stressing by talking to me at the same time good multitasking! He also helped me pick a phone case aswell as done the screen protector! Thank you so much was such an awesome experience definitely recommend ️ Will definitely come back if I crack my screen again! Prices were not to expensive either! Sam

Had an issue with my computer wifi not working, the boys fixed me up and even were open on a public holiday for me to pick up the PC, good service I recommend these guys

Awsome most definitely TRUSTED workshop when it’s come to repair, fixing your iPhone/computer anythings even glass replacement. I just got my iphone screen fixed, my girl lcd screen repair they did both on the spot and worth the prices! Most trusted guys there I definitely go back again!

Unfortunately I have to revise my initial impression. They appeared to be honest, hard working people and so I trusted them.

They could not fix my old phone and so I asked for a new one. I was supplied with a used one with which I couldn’t even place a call.

I asked for a refund as I did not want to do business with them anymore. I told them this was a breach of trust. At this stage an old man who appeared to be the boss appeared and threatened to call the police for abusing his wife. All I wanted was my money back. I gave my dud phone back but a month later I have not received my money back.

I was sent a false invoice for services rendered as an excuse to keep my money.

The phone in question appears to have been sold again as a new one. Unfortunately for them it was to my friend. I have a copy of the invoice.

I am sure the tax department will be interested in the dummy invoices.

I wouldn’t touch these guys with a barge pole. I have not had time to take them to the disputes tribunal to get my money back.

I asked for the phone back as it was legally mine since it was fully paid. They appear to be in a bind as the phone appears to have been resold.

A used phone sold twice to two different customers as a new one. This must be some kind of record. They should get a prize for unethical practice.

Dummies like my friend and I made the mistake of trusting these guys. You are welcome to join the club.

I visited ICS New Zealand in my trip to Rotorua and found very professional and technically competent staff. They do understand customer's requirement and try to fulfil it.

Used these guys twice now and they're fast, friendly and cheaper than the others. Got a phone screen and back replaced for $100 less than other quotes, still with genuine parts.

Good place to go if your phones or laptops need to be repaired they do both android and apple phones aswell as windows laptops and apple laptops

These people are awesome. I have been in numerous times over years with my phone - broken screens, busted home button - and they have always fixed my phone quickly and for a good price. AND they are really nice people. If only they fixed cars too, they would be perfect.

Sorry Guy's but 25$ for an information what a friend can tell. Next time I will do that.
They doesn't do anything with my phone. Just a question unswered. Use to like this shop not anymore.
