Have eaten in a few times. Lovely staff, quick service, delicious food. Love the Thai decor. Very enjoyable

First time visit friendly staff food was very nice but the waiting time was very slow for it not being overly busy. But would go again see if things have changed

Fantastic atmosphere, staff are all friendly and welcoming, plenty of variety on the menu and an extensive range of drinks. The food was amazing, we arrived as a large party and everyone was satisfied. Recommended.

First time visit to collar and Thai we were very disappointed food was very mediocre for the price we payed don't know if we will go back.

Had to remind manager occupying a table at lunch time counting coins into plastic bags that washing hands before serving our meals is more hygienic, she needs to focus more on customers as a woman had to ask for service. My mediocre stirfry meal was served warm.stirfry and mediocre

Friendly but inexperienced waitress. Mains took 1h19m to arrive from time of our arrival at restaurant, painfully long especially with two kids. Food was great but lack of acknowledgement of wait not really good enough. Nice interior.

Great food. The service was on point. They were short a few staff so the mains took a while to come out. We will definitely be coming back again. I would love to change my rating to 5 stars.

We saw a movie at Rialto. Then across the foyer enjoyed a lovely thai meal at 2pm.

The meal was delicious as usual. However it would have been more enjoyable if it had been hotter than luke warm. And warmed plates to put it on.

O such a pity, it was so good a few years ago. Now food is nothing better than something you could cook at home. Brought my kids there to introduce them to Thai food, that was a mistake, best we put that experience deep down in their memories, apart from the ice cream to finish everything was very very waterly and tasteless.
The staff were friendly though and did their best given what they were taken to the tables.
Won't be going back again any time soon if ever.

Unfortunately our experience in this Thai restaurant wasn't the best we were the only ones in the restaurant that really spoke volumes about the place the staff was friendly and the restaurant is well set out but my review is on the food we had we had the sweet and sour pork and a mixed seafood dish the size of the dish was disappointing for over $30 the seafood wasn't fresh and I understand that it's difficult to have fresh seafood on hand when business isn't great but you can have good quality produce rather than using frozen bag ingredients like the size of the ingredients prawns muscles etc and maybe make the dishes look different from each other not using just carrots and cauliflower florets
Overall it looked like it was quickly put together with average ingredients and consistency as both sauces tasted very similar as in the same base have been used this place just needs to put more energy and intensity into the dishes and then it will be the whole Thai restaurant experience

We had lunch for two today & it was absolutely delicious. We used a Grab One voucher & that was 2x main lunch meals for $20, an awesome deal! We got the chicken & cashew nut stir fry with chilly & they kindly added ginger to it when we asked for it & we got the satay chicken kebabs meal with rice. They give extra rice at no extra cost. The meals are very tasty & cooked to perfection. The staff are so friendly & the service is excellent. Also the atmosphere is lovely with greenery & gold. We will definately be going back.

This is the worst Thai I have ever had! I love Thai, it's flavoursome and gets the taste buds going. NOT THIS PLACE.very bland. And to make it worse we had to wait too long to get our meal while they did the takeaways first. Not worth spending your money here

Worst thai I have ever had unfortunately. Took 30 mins for drinks to arrive. 1 hour for food and when it arrived was watery and no flavour. Every dish at the table was bad. I let them know my curry was very watery and they laughed.

Went with a group of 7 people. Immaculate table service and all the meals were delicious. Jighly recommend.

Bought sweet and sour and a chicken curry. The curry was very watery and consisted of chicken potato and onion.
The sweet and sour was average to be generous. A shame because we love Thai food.

Very disappointed with our takeaway. My seafood green curry cost close to $30 so I was expecting something special. The seafood was sparse and overcooked. Our green curry lacked any real authentic Thai flavour. The noodle dish was average.

There were four of us dining there on Labour weekend.

Upon arrival the single staff member was more interested in wiping a table down, than attending to us.

The was only one small group of fellow diners when we arrived, they finished soon after our arrival.

Staff were quite slow to take our orders, we had a diner that had special dining requirements, she told the waitress a few times to make sure she understood her needs.

Considering we were the only diners, it was quite a well before we all got our meals, the food was OK, but nothing special.

Great food and excellent service. Thai Roti are amazing for the price and green curry easily could feed 2, or 1 hungry person like me:)
