I had a computer that kept crashing on me every 60 seconds and it was driving me nuts trying to figure out the problem. I assumed it was a hefty virus from some too good to be true free editing software. He gave me a free consultation for a couple hours and made a diagnosis over the phone. He came over the next day and solved the problem within the hour. Low and behold, it was a hardware issue. The lad was very humble and offered a very reasonable price to replace the broken parts which he assured me was completely optional.

I really enjoyed the service provided for me. They came swiftly and fixed my broadband very quickly. I would definitely recommend this to my friends and family:) Everyone should use this service and I don't know why they haven't gotten internationally famous. Good service, I now realize that the computer i bought ($500), does not have a graphics card, even if I had of asked for a word processing computer, a graphics card makes a computer a lot faster.
