The customer service in the Bendon shop is appalling. Not helpful at all, the customer was is a real inconvenience to her.

Not great for pedestrians. Have to go on long walks to find pedestrian crossings. Very tight parking for larger vehicles. Won't be back

Such a waste of space parking is to narrow there could be so much protential for fashsion island if the laybout was done better shame really

Typo keeps on moving around and close and reopening the products feel cheap but the products are very expensive, I wouldn’t recommend the Papamoa Typo.

Quite a few shoppers out and about, but little stocks available at this time, certainly in medium to larger sizes (post Christmas - new year). Very little interest or helpfulness from some shop staff, as if they've given up already.

Just feels like some extra shops in the area as it is a little detached from the main shopping plaza, they should maybe consider pedestrianising more of the area and building in some more retail blocks to join it all up like one sheltered mall area. Just a thought

Some good shops that are hard to find elsewhere, but the parking and footpaths are more difficult to navigate - particularly with a stroller it is more difficult. Especially good for clothing stores with an outlet feel.

Went to Burger Fuel. Probably the best meal I've had from a Burger Fuel. Nice store and nice staff. The duty manager went above and beyond the call of duty

Popped into pick up BD card and present.staff very helpful and friendly in several stores.always call in when visiting

Poor parking layout, but it's always fun watching someone in an SUV or ute doing the 5 point turn maneuver just to get in or out of their car park.
Shame because there is a great selection of stores.

Some good clothing stores around the outside though carpark traffic flow is unusual as I don't feel entry and exits mark very well. Pak n save in one area with countdown etc in main mall area.

Fashion island is one of the best things about moving to papamoa Tauranga, absolutely go there regularly.and why wouldn't I.best shopping!

Shops and eating outlets of all sorts. Relatively small, and easy to find your way around. Good browsing. Friendly shop keepers only too pleased to help.

Lots of variety of clothing shops. Some cheaper outlet stores too. Choose to the shipping plaza, Mitre10 and supermarkets.

Ideally located, parking areas a bit small, but then again, you should be able to drive if you have a licence, right?

What a find! Outlet shops with real bargains galore. Easy parking right outfront of rows of popular retail outlets. Will definitely be back!

Fashion island is a great group of shops.lots of variety, lots of parking and a lovely shopping experience

Great variety of clothing shops and branded stuff at goid prices. Very yummy Thai restaurant there. Full range of medical facilities. Great laundrette. Other eateries. I think great to have near us.

Beautiful modern shopping experience with vast array of clothing, sports, health, bar, TAB, real estate, Pizza, Repco, and most anything you can think of. Go enjoy.
