This wonderful young lady just fixed my I pad. It had been locked for a few days. The service is amazing.

Had problems with my phone since another company replaced the screen and they didn't seem to care when I went back. I took it to Fast Fix and they fixed it in under 30 seconds. No charge. I offered to kiss her but was told a review was better.

The younger lady here provided thee best service not only quick and efficient but kind and brilliant, highly recommend as the cheapest place to get iPhone smashed screen repaired! AMAZING

Fast Fix helped me out of a real pickle recently. My phone screen was black, and I had two years worth of photos and data not backed up (eeek!). Dear Sir or Madam,

Yesterday, Tuesday January 4,2022, I brought my iPhone SE (2021) to repair at "Fast Fix” at Bayfair Mall, in Tauranga.
The phone had a small crack in the screen. The manager / repair person told me that she could fix the cracked screen in 20-30 minutes for $ 110.

When I returned to pick up the phone I was quiet shocked to see her prying the phone open with a large screwdriver and pliers.
She clearly did not have the right tools to dispensable the screws of the phone. Instead she just forced the screen off with pliers and screwdrivers.
In this process she damaged the screws and the frame, and as I discovered a short time later, she also damaged the home button and the battery.

After that she tried to push a replacement screen into the frame without success.
She handed me the damaged phone and said that this is all she can do. I told her that I was not happy.
When I complained she said: “That’s how we do it and most customers are happy with it! ”. The screen was floating around on top and you could just lift it up.

I asked the manager to give me the contact information of Fast Fix but she refused.
She then tried to push in the old screen and handed the now severely damaged phone back to me.
After that I went to several stores and when their repair people looked at what she had done they were also shocked.
The experts said that this manager / repair person damaged the phone beyond repair capability. The costs for repair would exceed the price of the phone.

In closing I would like to express that I understand how people can do mistakes.
The lady seemed to be very stresses and she was alone in the store.
Obviously she was overwhelmed with the task.
I have empathy for that.

But if you damage a customers property you have to be accountable and replace it.
I have sent my complaint also the the Bayfair Management asking for the contact information of the store owner (s).

They should actually get less than one stars!

Team Very polite and fast and give honest answers with their stock and service.
Always recommend the shop to my friends and family and get them to come down here first for anything on their phones, accessories, repairs.

Very professional and honest service. My iPhone shut off unexpectedly. I brought it in and the lady said it could be the battery and that if it had to be replaced there would be a cost. She put the new battery in and it turned on. She then checked the old battery just in case and my phone turned back on. She could’ve charged me for a new battery without telling me the old one didn’t work. But she was honest and I walked away with having to pay nothing. Definitely coming back. Highly recommend.
