Imagine charging for updating drivers. Something that is done automatically on a windows 10 install, and every 6 months during a windows feature update.

Asked them to fix a power plug in a chrome book. Returned plug not fixed and told the external lead was stuffed. Brought a new lead of trade me and could not charge because plug in chrome book still stuffed. Took to shop on king st and $120.00 later new lead charging chrome book fine. Do not recommend.
