Our vacuum cleaner, which we got from Godfreys, at Fraser Grove, suddenly stopped working properly. We took it back to Godfreys and we dealt with Mukesh. He checked the vacuum cleaner and quickly found that the hose was blocked. He checked the Filter, and as we had the vacuum cleaner for three years we needed a new filter. Mukesh was very efficient and pleasant to deal with. Definitely recommend dealing with them again.

Ive waited almost 8 weeks for a part to be fixed (I had to chase it up) This is the 2nd time I've had a long wait. Customer service goes beyond the shop. No excuses.

Most disgusting and appaling service i have ever found from the manager himself.i went to complain about a faulty vaccum battery and i was treated in the a very rude manner.i bought a wireless vaccum cleaner for my business and after using the vaccum for several months the battery died on me. Upon taking it to the store to get it sorted the manager (Mr rohit) treated me in a very rude manner.he also said he doesn’t care about there management and do what ever you want to do So sad, he was trying to be racist and the customer service was worst than I expected.

Especially the Frasor cove store. Bought a vacuum cleaner head on 3 September 2020 and the strip broke off after 2 1/2 months. No replacement as it was wear and tear according to them! Customer service was sooo bad and I don't think they even cared what I had to say.
I WILL NEVER GO BACK!

A very terrible service from them. We had our vacuum cleaner returned due to some blockage, they said they will send it out for repairs, 2 weeks later, we went back to ask whats happening, they said its being sent back on a wednesday, so we waited and nothing happened until Saturday, we called and they said they received 2 items, will check and see if its ours and will text us in 15 minute, heard nothing, so Sunday, we got text to say its ours, so we went and picked it up, guy said they cleaned it up an all good now, then i thought i'll try if its working, what a big joke, they did NOTHING.it was still blocked.guy there said "Sorry" and he cleaned it immediately and it was all good. So really PISS POOR SERVICE from them. Will never want to go back there.

Great service. Went to Godfreys to buy vacuum cleaner battery ending up buy brand new machine. The salesperson was great, good customer service and knowledgeable. Will definitely shop at Godfreys Tauranga and recommend it.

Terrible customer service experience. First visit to this store resulted in no one helping me. Second visit today after I knew exactly what I was buying resulted in me helping myself to the Vaccuum, again without being asked if I needed help, I put it on the counter. The person there was on the phone, continued on the phone while ignoring me. Finally after 10min the person came over still not saying anything, not even a hello, but he put through the Vaccuum but then walked away again back to the phone call. I walked out and went to mitre 10. This employee lost my business and many others that I will spread the word to. Avoid Godfreys in Tauranga.

Fantastic customer service thank you Puneet. You really know ur stuff. Extremely helpful. Purchased a Hoover conqueror nd a steam mop. Love them both. No troubles.

I bought an Hoover Ultra Light Stick vacuum at a cost of over $300. From day one the suction was useless and the tube blocked until full, very little reaching the canister. As I had an upright vacuum I ended up only using it occasionally with the hope it would vacuum the car. It didn't do that job either. I did complain but the customer service was appalling and no one was interested. I just vowed never to shop at Godfreys again. My upright vacuum now needs replacing and had to resort to the Hoover one which vented my frustration once more.

I found Rohit to be very knowledgable on the products and directed me to the most suitable.which wasnt the one I had thought initially. Something people may not be aware of also is that you get a trade in price for your existing vacuum cleaner which is not only a further reduction in purchase price but also saves on landfill costs

Went in there for a couple of Numatic Henry vacuum parts and the guy couldn't even tell me the tube size of the Numatic Henry. He was prepared to see me leave without spending a thing.

The guy that served me couldn't of been any less enthusiastic about his job, and pretty much checked out of the conversation when I refused his attempt at upselling for a more expensive machine

Disgusting service. Vacuum sent in for repair waited 3 weeks to get back & then purchased more filters as advised by salesperson upon collection of machine. Got the machine home it went for 10-15 mins then stopped. They will not refund what I spent on filters. Don't recommend their vacuums or service

Service sucks more than their vacuum cleaners.
I took back a faulty 8 month old cleaning head, but they would not replace it shop manager stated they would only do so if it was under 4 weeks old. I found that Interesting given the consumer Guarantees Act has no 4 week limit. I have sInce learnt the parent company was convicted recently for its extended guarantees
