Outstanding customer service. I had issues with a laptop purchased a few months ago and the matter was resolved quickly, with great service and with real understanding for my situation. Would definitely purchase laptops and other electronics from here in the future.

Always good to spend time here, awesome ongoing sales, was a little taken back, when enquiring about a product I had recently purchased. And been told to try the opposition (Noel Leeming and Harvey Norman) stores for help and support. More customer care and support is essential for growth.

Alot of staff who were friendly. Cluttered though. Alot of products in such a small space. However, it was nice and tidy.

No staff have ever offered assistance in there but they have a good range of products at reasonable prices so despite the lack of assistance from staff I go back

Had to go and find a sales person to buy our phones. Has good selection of technology and convenience of being in Bayfair

Terrible experience trying to get a replacement screen protector for my Samsung A31. Was told an A32 would be OK.just slightly different. Took it home and couldn't fit it with my Spigen case. Took it back, salesman tried to cut it down with scissors! Guess he didn't know it was glass! Told me no refund coz I'd opened it. My bad for not checking size difference carefully enough I guess.

JB Hi-Fi Bayfair is my, go to Place to pick up my Music. If its not a Vinyl 33inch Record it will be a CD. JB have a Great variety of Musician's available. If I'm looking for Turnrtables Headphones Speakers they have it. Also a huge variety of DVD's of Movies New and old, plus Anime. Plus many other electorocal appliences available. Friendly staff ready to Help.

You can't find many cds around town any more. Great place to start looking for 'hard to find albums.

Be aware their return policy. Not very helpful at all, we had to sort our return with the supplier direct.
Such a shame since we have always bought all our Blu-Ray and 4K here.
Wouldnt buy anything of value here again.

The prices are usually good but always pays to shop around.there are some overzealous sales people here.some customers just don't need you to hold their hand yaknow?

Not much interaction to expect from the staff, they looked bored and does not care at all. Was not even asked once if we needed assistance, they were all standing and congregating in the counter or appeared to be looking busy with their hand held device. The worst JB Hi Fi store we visited, definitely not visiting you again.
