7I had a problem with our desktop home computer. I took it in. Kiss IT were fast, efficient and friendly with their service and the problem was fixed in a few hours. Good to deal with.
A bit difficult to find if a person has not been there before. Promptly addressed my problem and was good at conveying what the process afterwards was.
Took my computer in for repairs, they didn't charge me much to tell me its a dinosaur and gave me great advice on what to purchase. Great service A1 business
Nothing has been fixed and I was charged for 30 min of work (2 people on one screw for 15 min and 15 min to carry a computer from one side of the office to the other side. They obviously have a very big office which explain their very high rate). For a check that their concurent made in 5minutes free of charge in front of my eyes. They also proposed me to drive my computer to another IT companny located 15min away from their office for the modest cost of 80NZD. I have tried to contact their office for several months (phone an emails) to say that this quote was maybe an error but I had no answer exccept reccurent emails asking me to pay. And finally recived an email saying that they will never charge less than 80NZD.
I'll pay that bill cause really can't be bothered to receive reccurent emails so well done great work!
Frank and his team are always great to deal with, fair prices and quick turnaround. They turned my son's dog PC into a gaming weapon!
