The guy was friendly and helpful and fixed my phone with no fuss. The price was excellent and I am happy to recommend them. Thumbs up to this outfit. From one very happy customer.

Took my IPhone to get a replacement battery. It was changed and returned within 15mins. Brilliant friendly and professional service. Highly recommend! A+

I went in for a screen replacement on my s10+, it cost me $515.00. The back cover has lifted now 3 times. With the amount of money I spent there it should have been fixed properly the 1st time. I'm going somewhere else to glue it properly this time. I'm gutted.

Went in to get a quote for my insurance. Told him the problems with it, told him we had reset it to factory settings twice and still have the problem, also told him it didn't happen all the time. He asked us to come back after 1/2 hour so he could look at it. We came back after almost an hour and he said he couldn't fault it as it didn't play up for him.
I asked for a quote for a new mother board and microphone and he said yes he will send that off for me to my email. Nothing ever arrived.
So thanks for wasting my time.
I will not be coming back to KiwiTech Solutions nor recommending them in the future.

Have used NZ Tech solutions twice now and both times found the service excellent with great communication and friendly service. Unfortunately this time my phone could not be repaired after taking an unauthorised swim in the toilet but NZ Tech solutions did everything they could to make it work for me. Would definitely use again and reccomnend.

Amazing Service.my IPhone 6s plus is working just fine after getting a new screen. Plus got a 10% off on my student id. Highly recommended guys.

I went in to get an iPad Air Screen replaced. They quoted me $149 then rang to tell me it would cost $249 because the digitizer was not functional. I then had to convince them that it was fine before I bought it in so they repaired for the origional quote. Two months later my wife picks up the iPad and the screen breaks under the pressure. I bought it back in but as the warranty doesn't cover that I was left dissapointed. They offered to fix again but as you may understand I refused as I could no longer trust that the screen would last longer than two months again. I would not recommend getting an iPad screen replaced here.

Pretty disappointing experience i must admit. After first dropping my phone off to get a screen replacement and a new battery I got home to notice that the screen was faulty and was not working 100%. I rang NZ tech solutions to sort it out and they agreed to replace it. On the other hand the new battery to put it kindly is really bad, made a slight difference for a couple of days but now its the same as what i had before, maybe even worse. I drove back to Tauranga a few days later (1 hour drive) to get it replaced, they said it would take them 2 hours to diagnose it and then 2 hours to replace it. I was not happy about that as i cant just go home then come back so showed him the ole 10 second diagnosis showing exactly how it doesn't work then he agreed to just replace it straight away thankfully. The complementary screen protector they put on was also the worst job I've ever seen, crooked and bubbles all through it

Tech was not straight up with me when I was on my own which became evident when my husband returned on his own. Had the feeling of being a dumb female to be taken advantage of
