Vanessa was employed to shoot new photos for our team that is based in Auckland and Tauranga. She was very accommodating when we had to change day and location due to a team member who became incapable of travel and then again when the location changed at the last minute (not Vanessa's fault). She was calm and professional to deal with and our entire team agree that she was indeed the best person for the job and we would employ her again in a heartbeat. Thank you Vanessa for taking people who hate having their photo taken and making it easy and enjoyable. She is especially talented when photographing faces.

After becoming a Marriage Celebrant, it was recommended that I use a photo of me for any social marketing. I was reluctant about getting a professional photo taken as I didn't want it to look 'staged''. After contacting Laval Photo & Video, Vanessa made the experience so comfortable which put me at ease - and she was able to capture the 'real me'.

Vanessa is an amazing photographer. She makes you feel at ease and the photo shoot is always loads of fun. I do not like having my photo taken and I am extremely critical of myself, but I really do love the photos Vanessa took of me.

All was revealed yesterday when I had a photo shoot done by the incredibly talented Vanessa. I am a marriage celebrant so I have seen Vanessa's stunning work but I have also seen first hand how she unobtrusively works to capture all those special (often spontaneous) moments at a wedding.
