Nga Kakano Foundation Family Health Services medical centre reviews
7I know there is a shortage of doctors, but OMG that Dr Colin is terrible, happy enough guy but he didn't take my health issues seriously at all which is so unprofessional, he gave me no indications of what could be the problem and then pretty much brushed it off as poor diet, I wouldn't recommend this doctor at all. I ended up going to the A&E doctor to get the answers I was looking for. The phone/video call doctor on the other hand is always good, the reception staff are very nice, the centre has lots of off street parking and a large waiting room. 5 stars if not for the doctor, maybe he was just an on call doctor?
These are my doctor's to get my health checks done. Great people to chat with which ever dept u need to visit not a big wait time there. The have out services that help people to. Thank you ️
Nga Kakano Foundation have the most awesome staff, very friendly, extremely helpful even their community services are great.
Below Average Medical centre. Always hard to get an appt, even when you book a week or 2 in advanced they either cancel on you or you're there waiting for hours. Barely answer their phones so have to physically go into to try get an appt (I live rural). When and if you finally get to see a doctor they rush you through without anything to where you practically have to beg for a prescription (exprienced this with my kids who had chickenpox - beg for creams because they are subsidised through prescription). Ive had to book an appt just to get a contraception prescription because they wont give me one over the counter. I would change medical pracs but as a family of 7 we cant afford the stand down period of most medical centres nearby.
