I took my laptop to Nitro because my harddrive started to make an unusual noise. The staff member who helped me was professional and friendly. He assisted with checking the HD and offered advice on my option of what to do next. No charge for his time so I feel a positive review was called for. Will definitely use this serve again and recommend them to anyone who has laptop problems.

Great Service! Quick and Friendly! My iMac Pro had water damage. They checked it out with no charge and wrote a report to my insurance. Helped me in every way possible. Removed my hard drive and recycled the old laptop as well. Really great guys and very reasonable pricing compared to others I called. Definitely recommend!

Took my 7 year old daughters tablet in on the 6th of this month which was 4 weeks ago for a screen replacement and still haven't fixed tablet I emailed twice 3 weeks ago and no reply how shocking and disappointing then I rung up and asked when will it be fixed man said he ordered the part for it but it hasn't arrived I'm starting to get annoyed with nitro TECHNOLOGY surely the bit should have arrived by now If I don't hear back by this week I'm going to get my tablet and take it somewhere else cause this is ridiculous no email back no phone call no nothing

Recently moved to Rotorua, rung them to connect commuter, printer etc, phoned the office he gave me mobile no of the guy that comes round to houses to ring, phoned him he said out of office and diary back at office would ring me back for Appointment, that was a week and half ago still haven't heard. Would not recommend using this company to anybody, very unreliable. Probably would rate them at all.
