I buy new iPhone 14 pro max after some days screen touch not working there is no physical damage or not even minor scratch I thought mat be software problem I give them and they change screen even dnt ask me about that I just use 4 or 5 hour only.they have mobile from almost 2 week when I visit store very bad behavior by lady who deal with me

Star link arrived today thanks so much to staff who ordered it from Christchurch to Gisborne when shop stock sold out overnight, post cyclone cyclone Gabrielle.

4 weeks waiting for product on a stock transfer from Auckland and it arrives damaged, another week later and i'm still waiting!
No communication, no updates, no apologies, no solution in sight.
Gutted.

I got AirPod generation 2 with extra 80$ for warranty aswell … i had problem with AirPods couldn’t really hear anything from right one … when i went to replace them … they said it will take two to four weeks to come back …. Why would you offer warranty if customers have to wait for months to get is fixed

I purchased a TV here after I was struggling with what to get. I was guided well by one of the salespersons & given a few recommendations.

Never deal with this bayfair store again. 5 days of continuous ringing no answer. Get tv delivered giy stands there taking photos of the item theyve dropt off which is still in box, u item not unpackt unsure of why hes takn photos as it shows yes item delivered but is there anything in that box and is it un broken

First time I've been disappointed with this store.
Buying a 55" TV. Very few were switched on so you could compare screens and assistant unable to switch them on!
Pushing a less known brand which I was not interested in. You lost a sale NL.

Always the Best Shop to Purchase White Ware, TVs, Phones and other. I have always paid the Best / Cheapest price for items there. Just bought a new Mobile Phone from many choices. I found the right one for me. I aft sales service helped me Set up all my STUFF from my old phone which was Water Damaged. I'm very happy with that. Good staff who know their Business. Totally Recommend

Very very helpful staff, and they know their products. Shop was well organised and easy to find products.

Clean, tidy, helpful staff. Reasonable product selection even if the microwave I wanted was on back order.

Not the most knowledgeable staff on basic questions. Decided to purchase the same phone at the same price from he competition as they where more help.
