Noel Leeming Tauranga

The staff always makes you feel special. I just enjoy shopping at Noel Leeming.
They also have some interesting items to buy.

Major renovation works outside at the moment - no media reports about it but it's kind of a big deal so I just thought I'd give everyone a heads-up. Entrance is now off Cameron Rd as the car park is closed due to construction.

Went in to buy some dysons. They were very helpful as always. A bit of a mission to find a park and go into at the moment with the roadworks.

Great quick service, brought a wee dehumidifier for caravan and works brilliantly. Great saving being a NZMCA member too.

Great service. I was looking for a charger for my laptop and the guy was great at telling me what to get. Also they have tons of cool things so 5/5.

The service from Tauranga was absolutely second to none. Out of stock but getting product couriered from another branch directly to our house. They couldn't do enough to help. Really impressed and greatly appreciated the outstanding service.

We bought a Samsung fridge and Westinghouse induction hob last week and were very pleased with the service and pricing by Kirks team.
Then our washing machine died, again we received a far better deal than their competition and a very quick delivery as we were washerless.
Well done them.

Bought an underpowered charger for my laptop (entirely my fault) and when I went to exchange it the staff member who helped me showed me all the options and was very friendly and knowledgeable, even at the end of the day. Great service

Served by a young guy who was so rude an obnoxious. We bought a new laptop. Phone. Speaker and phone case. I was asked by a staff member "Ma'am are you sure you can afford all this" we were told phone case will be a wk as they weren't in stock I called for 3 wks an on the 4th wk I was told the guy who served me had sent it to another store as they were also out of stock. 5 was later I still don't have a phone case. Will not be buying from here again

Amazing customer service!

I brought the wrong product, didn’t take my receipt and also opened the product and they still managed to accept my return and give me an exchange for the proper product. Thank you, Tauranga Noel Leeming! Very helpful and kind staff.

Great place went to get nana a tablet to enter the 21st century. Our sales guy was awesome and helpful though I noticed another sales person very loudly overselling a poor elderly lady so makes me glad I helped grandmother and super thankful our sales man was not upselling

Too busy on the day I visited to purchase a mobile phone and as I am deaf and wear a hearing aid I needed someone at least momentarily remove their mask in a safe spot in the store as I depend on lip reading as well. This was not provided. Also the shop was too busy for anyone to be able to help with the setting up of the phone for me. All I wanted was that the Sim card be installed. From a previous experience the Noel Leeming service at Tauriko was a far better experience that that afforded by the Tauranga branch.

Always seems to take a long time to get noticed by the staff at Noel Leeming stores, and even longer for one of them to come and help you, and Tauranga is no different, but their prices are reasonable I guess
