I got a message for pickup with invoice number when I went there to pick it up the lady on the front office said I can’t pick it up as they are running out of staff as some truck broke and his manager left the work place. I was not allowed to pick the tv for which I paid around 5k. After calling customer service from the store no decision was taken on it. Very unethical and unacceptable behaviour. Worst service ever. Wasted my 2 hours.

Directions to find is a bit difficult as there are no proper guidance to find it, shares space with another facility, very small signage to indicate where they are
