Disappointed. I went in to get tablets for my mokos and part way through the staff member said if I buy a hideously expensive phone I get the tablet free. I didn't go in to get a phone! Then he suggested I buy a returned tablet which was $50 cheaper. I didn't want someone else's problem, and besides I wanted 2 tablets. PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE, I know what I want so don't try and hustle me, it only annoys me and I'm loathe to return to Noel Leemings

The Noel Leeming Tauriko team got a lot wrong in 2019. I was very hesitant to deal with this branch again but I was pleasantly surprised by the amazing service I received from Tyler. She actually listened to me and took out time to understand where I was coming from, she assured me she would take care of my issue, she communicated extremely well about the steps she would take and she delivered on her promises. That's exceptional in my book. It's okay for stores to make mistakes, customers just want to see the mistake corrected in a professional and ethical manner. Great work, hope your team and manager appreciates you because I certainly do.

If you need expert assistance, ask for Tyler. He did an awesome job today helping me with information on a product. It is great to be able to make an informed decision. In addition he was hard at work on his birthday.

Good selection and helpful, but not pushy staff. Found what I needed easily. A lot of items have no prices on them though. Was in the dark on my items price till I asked at check out.

Very helpful staff. Sales person ordered product out of store from another branch without any fuss.

I went to this store to purchase a new TV. I did not explain why I needed it. The guy who was at the loading dock (Patrick) was amazing. He was very patient and helpful trying to find a safe way of transporting the TV. When we started talking about why I bought it he said there is actually a cheaper way to achieve what I needed (smart TV functionality). It is amazing to see there is ethical people and shops out there that is truly interested in finding the best solution for their customers rather that making a profit!

I was looking for a laptop but couldn't find one suitable for my needs but they have a reasonable selection of electronics and electrical goods.

We had the pleasure of dealing with a young man named Sam. Very helpful, very pleasant and did a wonderful job. Thanks Sam.

Great customer service! I left extremely happy even after the man upsold the product. He was friendly, had a lot of product knowledge and great charisma. I was also approached within 1 minute of entering store.

Staff do not know their products well enough. Was told that there was no stock but I showed them the unopened box on the floor

Great store in the Crossing shopping complex. Very helpful staff in the lead up to Christmas.
Lots of great stuff on sale.
Update 18/3/2022. Fortunately the amazing staff and the store have really been largely unaffected by covid. There's no gaps, large or small in their stocks.

Poor product advice hard for elder people, especially if iPhone dependant. Fix is confused, have to pay expense Of getting it expertly remedied. Not impressed

Normally go to Cameron road branch but to difficult to navigate road cones road works and reduced parking. Choice either Bayfair - No same access issues so went to Tauriko crossing. Young lady there most helpful with great knowledge well worth the wait as store was busy at the time could only count 4 floor staff, 1 at the counter 3 with customers.

Sean was so very helpful with my purchase and I think they are working under difficult circumstances given the current climate of illnesses and staffing issues

First visit the shop assistant said he was having a bad day and what you want is over there. Then I wanted to look at another appliance and I shed if the box was there as it didn't appear to be all there. He assured me it was so got home and sure enough there was a piece missing. When u rang back I got a girl who said she would have a look. She rang back and said as I had bought it heavily discounted because it was old stock she would have to go back to the supplier. We weren't advised that when we bought it so I returned it.

Asked for a phone, staff went out back and I waited 10 minutes only for him to come back with the wrong one. Was told they didn't have any in stock. Maybe don't advertise in store, just updated display to say out of stock.

Arrogant young staff member

Horrible customer service! We had to ask for help. The item we wanted wasn't even in new zealand. The employees are horribly under trained. Never gonna buy anything there again!

Well laid out, but was totally ignored, even though there was an assistant standing less than a mere from me doing very little other than some pretense to managing display layout.

My friend and I had brought a Galaxy 4 watch each and were having alittle trouble setting them up. The lovely Makayla helped us she was amazing very helpful polite young lady.

Lovely helpful staff, every time, on the many times I have visited. I have always felt welcomed, like my questions are answered, and they have made purchasing & delivering whiteware simple, as well as redeeming flybuys points for simple things like toasters. A great store!
