If i could give no stars i would.after previously having issues at the whakatane store and management caught out lying.i decided to try and buy some eufy products the staff member Manjeet stuffed us around all day and then finally trying to make us settle on an inferior product.guess what i went to bunnings and got everything i wanted and cheaper too.yo should be shut down!

Impossible to talk with someone in local store unless you call dozens of times and wait through 40 rings to be told you are being transferred back to customer service where you can repeat the whole process. If I didn’t know someone who works in the store (and who I want to support) I’d never buy anything here.

Went there to look at vacuum cleaners, they've got a good selection including Dyson's, I looked at LG's as it seems to be the right size and the staff kindly showed and explained very well how to use it, also the advantages of having removable batteries, one battery can be used while recharging the other one. There are so many other items on sale prices, and flyby points are available.

I missed the $199.00 special, sales assistant priced matched with Harvey Norman so ok.
Think about the Bunnings/ Mitre10 thing "beat it by 10%"

Outstanding customer service. As soon as you walk in you feel welcomed & comfortable. The lovely sales consultant phyly helped me and my wife decide on a 65” TV and soundbar and we love them both.

Staff kept selling us the wrong product and advising us of buying extras that were in fact not needed. Wrong information given. Need to do some staff training on your products

Impossible to phone a store using the number on the website. Have to listen to a voice for ages and then you might get a response.

We are very disappointed to this store, we purchased tv here a year ago with 3years tv damage protection, this year the tv was broken with my 2year old son, and we reported it to them right away, to claim the insurance, and we pay extra $200 excess as they instructed so they can replace the TV, but its a month now until now no TV replacement happened, we’re been calling them asking for updates but keeps telling us they will email us, or call us for updates, sorry we’re very sick of waiting for updates, its been a month that we don’t have TV. We purchased that tv damage protection to give us assurance and less worry, because we have toddler at home. But we fell it useless and give us a lot of stress waiting for there updates.

The staff are absolutely great here! Shop is always well stocked and they are always ready to do a deal.

There is 'a special ambiance' about this store.the friendly people are well versed in the products and eager to help and advise things about how things'work etc etc etc

My 90 year old father is vision impaired and has an Alexa so that he can listen to audio books from the low vision and blind association. The app wouldn't open so I took the tablet in, only to be charged 10 dollars to be told the app wouldn't open! Come on Noel Leeming!

This store has great staff who have never failed to help me find the thing I should have been looking for when I walked in.and didn't know it.

The staff were not helpful at all I wanted to buy a printer stood there looking for a good ten minutes before someone asked if I needed help the staff weren't busy there was a guy playing with Bluetooth speakers.it's algud some people are lazy. Customer service is a bit rusty
